I tested the one unit at home before the event and it worked. I knew enough of how to connect cables from one unit to the other as directed with a sticker on the back of the speakers. At the party I could only get one of the two speakers to work - I could not get the second speaker to connect to the first one. I had a reunion party to get moving and could not spend all night hoping to get the second unit working or deal with hoping someone in the company would call me. Zoe Rentals should have provided directions and tested the units with me when I was at the store asking for help to ensure the units worked versus no help at all.
