He was constantly responsive, professional, flexible, and personable! I recently rented Photo In A Box for an office holiday party. They were professional, easy to work with, and provided a great final product! Easiest part of planning my wife's 40th birthday party was working with Mike. He created a great custom 2x6 strip for everyone. Everyone commented how easy and fun it was to use the photo booth and the props. The best part, was that he reminded everyone to leave a video message and while they did that, he was already created the momento photo book where they could then write a message to the guest of honor. When the party was over, I was cleaning up and Mike handed me a thumb drive with all the pics and videos, he handed me a bounded photo book with all the comments and by the time I got home, there was an email waiting for me with a login and password to check out the pics and videos online. When we "recovered from our tiredness" the next day, we all sat on the couch and laughed at the videos, which got sillier and sillier as the night went on. After researching and calling MANY MANY photo booth companies, I used Photo In A Box for my brother's wedding in September and they were absolutely AMAZING. It was the best decision I could have made. Will and Mike worked with me from day one and answered any and all questions I had quickly and professionally. They even worked out a payment plan with me. They have a good selection of photo booths that can fit any occasion or style you are looking for. I was a part of the wedding party so I didn't have time to greet the guys when they came to set up, and to be honest, forgot about it until after the wedding started! Sure enough, they were set up and ready to go without me having to even THINK about it. It was incredible to not have to worry about it. They worked with me on customizing the Photo Strip frames so that they matched the bride and grooms wedding invitations- and they did WONDERFUL. They had a good selection of props, and supplied a nice guest book. They included 50 free magnetic photo frame strips for the photo strips and they were an extremely nice touch- I love that I don't need to put any magnets over the pictures to stick them on the fridge. I hadn't seen that offered with any other photo booth company. Aside from that, they were extremely accommodating and printed out extra strips of photos upon requests. Everyone also LOVED that they got to leave 10 second long videos for the bride and groom at the end- they sent us a DVD of all the videos that were left. We received a link to our photos from the photobooth that SAME night! It was incredible! I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys. After I attended several weddings this past year that all had photobooths, I decided it would be a fun experience for my company holiday party that I organized. We had it on a cruise ship on the Potomac and Mike and William were great! They were prompt to responding to my emails leading up to the event and were so helpful in alleviating all my worries! The photobooth was a huge hit - Will was on time and accomodating to guests, there were tons of fun props, and the photos were high quality. I got to design my own background (for the print outs), received a link to all of the photos online, a book with the photos and messages from guests at the end of the night, AND a DVD of all of the photos.
