I texted my e-mail address to May. Dan, her husband, sent over a contract requiring half deposit. I completed the contract and requested their Venmo info. They texted that and I paid my deposit- half the cost. In the end there were 6 faces painted and it took 3 hours. I paid the balance via Venmo when the faces were done. Everyone was thrilled with the results. I highly recommend May!!!!

They were phenomenal!…read moreThey have so much experience with kids parties and think of every little detail to make it special and keep the kids engaged with a party host/back up singer and other crew members, so parents can relax and also enjoy the show. They provide so much detailed pre-event info and options for you to customize the song list, Taylor's outfits, etc. They are also so kind and accommodating and work with you if you have any other traditions or things you want to do before Taylor arrives. We wanted to give a few welcome remarks and a brief 15 minute speaking portion (cultural tradition) and their party host helped facilitate it all. All of the kids were so surprised and I'm sure they will be talking about it for weeks. I'm also not sure who had more fun - kids or adults! This is definitely a great party for all ages, and boys and girls. I was worried because I have boy/girl twins but all the boys loved it and were singing and dancing the entire time, too. I highly recommend adding the light up Eras tour backdrop because it really made the concert amazing. I can't imagine it without it. Taylor hung out after the party to take as many photos as guests wanted and even spent some time chatting with kids and other guests. Not only is she so sweet, she is legit! Many people commented on how much she both looked and actually sounded a lot like Taylor. Many kids (including my own) said they were pretty sure she was the real Taylor. The Taylor Experience far exceeded my Wildest Dreams! If you're thinking twice about booking her, don't wait, just do it! It's worth every penny! I do want to note something because I was a little worried at some points because we booked the event 4-5 months ahead of time. The company does many other kids parties with all of their character offerings, so they're extremely busy. They usually prioritize answering emails in the order they receive them or for the parties coming up sooner, so there were a few times I waited to receive a response. I kept wondering if they were legit or not going to show up. I am only including this not as a criticism of the company because they truly are legit, professional, and amazing. I'm only including this as a reassurance for anyone if you've paid your invoice and don't hear a response right away, don't worry. Because I was looking for this kind of reassurance from reviews, too. They WILL show up and in the week leading up to your party, they will confirm all details and make sure everything is perfect. They just have a lot of parties and events, so it does make sense for them to prioritize the earlier parties. Anyway, again, thank you so much Taylor and all of your amazing crew for giving us the party of the year that none of our guests will ever forget! ETA: We had a few guests with kids with autism and other intellectual disabilities and their parents have all shared how awesome Taylor, the party host Heather, and the entire crew were so inclusive and supportive of their kids having a great time. This is not something I thought to give the crew a heads up on ahead of time, but they are truly experienced and great with kids. All of these parents shared how often their kids aren't able to enjoy parties, concerts, or truly feel included but they noticed the ways the crew included all of the kids and how this was one of the few times their kids were able to let loose and have fun at an event like this. Last year I had attempted to rent a moon bounce for my son's birthday from another company. That…read moreultimately didn't happen as they charged as much for delivery fees as they wanted for the actual moon bounce, suddenly doubling the cost right as I went to book it. This year I decided to have another look, and Bruno's popped onto the radar with a search. They had the moon bounce I wanted, despite me booking with about two weeks notice, at a great price and without some ridiculous mark up for delivery on top of the rental fee. They were quick to respond, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The drop-off happened several hours earlier than we had requested, which gave my son a couple of hours of fun before his party, and pick-up was prompt. The guys setting it up were fast and courteous. The kids had a great time, and I had a great experience. I would rent a moon bounce from them again, and would recommend them to anyone.
