I was contacted on the previous Tuesday and told they would arrive at 345 for my 4pm rental. I explained to the young lady that that was CERTAINLY not enough time at all and she assured me there would be plenty of men to help with the set up. Then I received an email Friday explaining that they would arrive at 2pm but may be delayed bc of traffic and was relieved they changed the arrival time. Meanwhile i paid an extra delivery fee bc there was a distance to drive. Well 330pm Saturday rolled around and still hadn't heard a word about arrival. When I called I was meant with an attitude and told they would be there by the quoted 345 arrival time. They arrived with 2 ppl at 350 a young man and a woman. It took 25 mins just to park the ride properly (in a super easy location) then my guest had to set up the table and chairs themselves. Next was the bounce house disaster. That took an hour and a half to get properly inflated, the guy didnt checked the zipper on the bottom and blew a fuse twice in the house. Then it had old food and icing all over the inside they did stay an extra hour but everyone left by the originally slated 7pm time. Even my son was back in our house. Honestly it ruined the day my husband and I were stressed and short with guests and even the birthday boy bc we were dealing with the horrible experience. I paid the full amount remaining in cash like an idiot bc i thought the company would certainly make it right, they essentially ruined our party. I asked for $400 refund the cost of 30 mins of the rental. I thought that was more than fair. They refused, will not let me speak to anyone higher in the company and are lying completely about times they quoted me etc. just want to warn anyone else to steer clear!

They only had one other review- 5 stars and too specifically detailed to be fake- raving about them so we took a chance. They had exactly what we needed and were able to deliver to our venue on a Sunday evening. Carlyle was a pleasure to deal with, prices were great, quality of the tables and chairs were great, and best of all he was so reliable. He arrived a bit before our contracted time, moved the tables and chairs into the event room, and arrived precisely on time to collect everything at the end. I would give them zero stars if I could. The margarita machine was broken, and I had to text and call several times to have someone return and fix the machine. He left before I'd run back (none of the alcohol was salvageable), but we followed his directions to a tee, including using hot water to ensure everything mixed prior to freezing. Shocker - the machine still didn't work. The next day, I waited all day for someone to pick the machine up. By 9 pm, after multiple texts, emails, phone calls (the 1709 number goes to voicemail every time by the way), I never got through to an employee or anyone at the company. I finally received an email response a full date late from their generic email saying the machine would be picked up today and asking for screenshots of the abusive texts, which I sent. I mentioned that we would need a refund, which no one has addressed. They should also refund us for the two rounds of alcohol we had to go out and buy (a handle of vodka and 10 bottles of rose), but I have low expectations from this dishonest group. I will report this company to the FTC. This is clearly not a legitimate business and it's impossible to reach anyone (half their emails kick back). They go by various names on various websites on social media so it's harder to leave a review and hold them accountable. You can't even leave comments on their facebook page, so it's clear they've had other unhappy customers. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to provide your party fun. UPDATE: The owner called and told me that I had texted the wrong number, despite the fact that I'd used the number he'd provided in the email. Even if the owner had provided the wrong number (which I doubt), the review stands. See the screenshots of my efforts trying to get a hold of anyone at the company. He did agree to provide a refund for the defective machine ONLY in 24 hours - I will update the review accordingly then. UPDATE 2: edited to remove the notes about the inappropriate employee. The owner had indeed provided the wrong number initially (I called the right number and the poor employee hadn't had any context). It unfortunately doesn't change the fact that the owner tried to convince me that this was somehow my fault, and that the company's main line and the other number never picked up. Really a bummer experience. UPDATE 3: We did receive our refund for the broken product. We did not receive a refund for the money wasted on alcohol (~$100).

They went above and beyond in the delivery setup and product service...
