We had the best experience with this company. We hired a pony for our daughter's 5th birthday. We had kids there ages 3-7 and our pony (Shelby) couldn't have been more perfect. Gentle, patient, beautiful. She is obviously very well cared for and treated well. We were so incredibly impressed with the two ladies who led the rides for the kids. They made a point of learning each child's name and calling them by name throughout the time they were there. They made the kids feel comfortable and everyone felt safe and secure. They were personable and friendly. They arrived a little early and made our birthday girl feel special by letting her brush Shelby and pet her. We had 9 kids at the party and they each had their fill of riding by the time Shelby had to leave. It was just a wonderful experience for everyone involved. We had a pony and added on a mini petting zoo at the party and it was such a huge hit. The team was professional, on time, kind with all the children and reasonably priced. Tracey was very responsive in the booking process via email, and prompt to the party. She educated my children and the others at the party about the different types of bunnies, ducks, chicks and sheep that she brought for the small petting zoo, and the assistant did wonderful with the kids riding the pony who's name was "Creamsicle". The pony was very nice to the youngins, and seemed so calm to all the touching, petting and excitement of my 3 year old and the other children. Quick set up and break down. I wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful experience today with Ponies Plus. Your staff members that came out today to bring that animals to my daughters 4th birthday were wonderful. The staff was so great with the children and was very informative. I loved how she got down on the ground with the kids and showed them how to pet the animals, hold the animals and talk about each type in detail. She demonstrated how to put on a saddle, showed them the hooves of the horse and explained horse care. We had a such a great time today and wanted to say thank you! I used Ponies Plus for my daughter's 3rd Birthday Party over the weekend of 7/9/16. I booked a pony for rides and a small petting zoo, and worked with Tracey to set everything up. On the day of the party they showed up on time, the animals were wonderful and friendly, and Tracey and the gentleman with her (Terry I believe) were great with the kids - very patient and nice! We hire Ponies Plus for our very large company picnic for about 700 folks. I have worked with them directly on numerous events for over 7 years. They bring about 3-4 ponies of different sizes to accommodate each age and sized child that wants to ride. The staff is the absolute best and we always have great feedback from our employees and their families. The care they take for the ponies is such a great experience to watch. They water them, give them the appropriate rest, etc. Every event has its challenges however they are never with Ponies Plus which is why we keep calling them back. Working with the Owner on pricing and entertainment needs is a breeze and she never lets you down. read more
