For what I've rented, the prices have been great. I did a lot of research before the first time I got a moonbounce for a party & he blew away the next best price, especially for the length of time. The equipment has always been in good shape & he sets it up safely without damaging the property. The only negative I can cite is that sometimes communication is a little lacking. Don't always get contacted the day before to arrange delivery. He's usually in touch when he's on the way, but it would be nice to have a more concrete time in advance so you can plan around it. It's usually around the time specified when you book it, but not necessarily the exact time. Another place communication has broken down is that it is possible to rent an item through the website but it not actually be available, for one reason or another. I would imagine for big things like tents, they would let you know in advance. But it is still disappointing to not get fun extras you were expecting (like cotton candy or bubbles). If it wasn't for these little bumps, I'd happily give them five stars. I'm kind of afraid that by posting this review I may be giving away my secret weapon for good parties; I'd hate to not be able to get my fun stuff! Good guy, good equipment, good prices.

I rented a set of speakers for a reunion party. No one at the store could tell me how to operate…read morethem when I picked them up. I had to find directions on the web. I tested the one unit at home before the event and it worked. I knew enough of how to connect cables from one unit to the other as directed with a sticker on the back of the speakers. At the party I could only get one of the two speakers to work - I could not get the second speaker to connect to the first one. I had a reunion party to get moving and could not spend all night hoping to get the second unit working or deal with hoping someone in the company would call me. Zoe Rentals should have provided directions and tested the units with me when I was at the store asking for help to ensure the units worked versus no help at all. When I did speak to someone, she had no clue what the problem was and said someone at the store could have helped - WRONG! No one was there to help. Very disappointed. Stick to chairs and tables.

I rented a 20x20 tent several tables and many chairs plus lighting and even a bouncy boxing ring for attendees. I was at first concerned or nervous about the prepay schedule for special high demand dates but we worked it out. I really had nothing to worry about.. They went above and beyond in the delivery setup and product service... Even calling me the night before the event after setting it all up to make sure the lighting was adequate and offered to provide more if not.. But it was great sontheybdid not have too.
