I called and no one answered so I had to leave a message. I could not even get a quote or any info without sending an email which I did. Turned off by the fact I could not talk to anyone I went to second name on list. The website showed me pictures of options which was very helpful. The owner Chris answered the phone right away. I told him what I thought I needed and he advised me I likely needed two tents. Within a few minutes he sent me a quote for the two tents and lights. And within 20 minutes we had made all the arrangements. Meanwhile it took the first bigger company four days to even contact me! Chris confirmed delivery the night before and showed up exactly when promised to set them up. Could not have been more pleased. Glad I went with the little guy!

Tried getting driver's attention, calling the phone number in Google, and using the company chat but there is no way to reach them. Their own phone system says there is no way to reach them by phone without an active event number. Mistakes happen. But if an events company can't be reached in an actual emergency due to "excessive call volume" (their phone system says), I can only imagine what a mess they are to work with for actual events.
