While we understand Liz had a family emergency it was unacceptable that there was no one to handle her business and we were left scrambling that day trying to find at least one bouquet for me (the last thing you want to do the morning of your wedding). The rest of my party walked empty handed and I didn't like how it looked. - she also asked for hotel rooms the week of the wedding which was never brought up until then and not in the contract. When it's the week of the wedding you have no choice and I didn't appreciate being put in that situation so last minute on top of other stress. She felt terrible and compensated us but as I look back on my photos months later it always makes me feel so sad that they're missing. Which makes no sense as we met on a Wednesday and he wanted me to give him a decision by Friday. I advised him there must be some confusion as my understanding was he would provide it to me by Friday. However, he states I would have it that day of his email reply. This was June 20th. Six days later, I still never received it. We originally met via zoom on June 16th to go over details. Complete waste of time.

I spoke to the representative from Dalissa and found out they rent and deliver all types of items for weddings, parties, or any type of function. I checked out their website and saw they had everything from fancy chairs and tables to floral arches and special event items. I made contact and decided to rent the rose bush and cherry blossom trees. The delivery went seamlessly and so did the pick-up. My guests were blown away at the look and feel it gave the room. I'm extremely happy that I decided to rent these items, they went with my theme and they looked so real and elegant. I initially thought about making my own arch, but this was so cost effective and it was taken back afterwards, so I didn't need to figure out what I was going to do with it after. Plus, who can beat a set-up, delivery, and pick-up without me having to lift a finger. I will absolutely use this company in the future for any party rentals I may require.
