ACE was very professional and personable throughout. Shaquawna has a lot of patience. Though I only booked her for balloons she threw in invitations at no additional charge. The day of our event she worked hard fighting against the wind. Despite the weather conditions she provided a beautiful backdrop. My guest complimented her work and I was very pleased. She also provided the entertainment of the 360 Photo Booth. Not only can I choose the color, but I can finesse the color to the shade of that color. It's not just red or blue or green. That makes a world of difference! The color wheel on the remote control is fabulous! If I want, I can make it a specific tone of aqua by just scrolling around with my fingertip. I usually use a candle light Amber soft golden color. Other units like American DJ, etc. are just the color but not the shade of the color. Brian always ships them on time and it comes with a return label and after my party, the next day, I just drop them off at the nearest UPS. Easy! I can adjust the lighting to any shade of any color unlike other up lights that are either one color or another. There is a color wheel on the remote that you can finesse the shade of the color. And then with a couple of taps of the remote, then you can make them into dance floor lighting. They are superb and Brian is fabulous to work with and a very nice man.
