I enjoyed learning knife and ninja star throwing. The variety of weapons kept the games fun. My friend and I alternated between a traditional target, tic-tac-toe, and zombie target practice. Being the first appointment of the day, we got to choose the music genre. I liked that after safety and lessons, you're free to play any game. This experience was so fun. This was the second time that I went to a paint splatter room, and I can honestly say that this one was better. I booked the room for two and with taxes it was about $63 for the same experience and other rooms you are looking at $70 or more for two. The staff were very pleasant and gave us thorough instructions. They also have a tablet available for you to choose Spotify songs of your choice. The music sounds so great coming through the speakers. You are given 25 minutes to paint in a dark/black light room. They give you paint brushes, a canvas, a few colors of paint and some objects to use to make different designs. The objects in my opinion didn't really work in the way that they were probably intended to. However, they gave a decent amount of paint and we had a ball! Towards the last five minutes, they give you some paint guns in which you can have a battle with your friends or spray the walls if desired. Axgard was my first time experiencing ax throwing and it was so fun! The guy at the front desk was very thorough about showing us how to throw the axes. The venue is located on the second floor of a building on Main Street in Old EC. There are two main areas for axe throwing, each with a few pits for groups. There are fridges in case you need to put any takeout food or beer in there (the venue is BYOB), and if you're the only group in your area you can mess with the Spotify playlist to your liking. Each session is one hour and there will be a timer on your projector for you to keep track of. You will start off with two axes and two tomohawks. Personally I prefer the axes as they are easier to throw. After some time passes the front desk person will come up to your area and hand you some ninja stars and show you how to throw it. After some more time passes they will come back to give you a couple daggers and show you how to throw them. Overall I had a great time at Axgard. The service was great, throwing medieval weapons at a target on the wall was tons of fun, and the vibe was very chill. I would come back again! read more

This place was definitely fun. The guy taught us how to throw the axe before we attempted it on our own. He made sure were were throwing it safely and correctly before letting us do it on our own. We were able to play our choice of music at our section which was nice! You were able to select games options such candy crush and connect 4 but you use the axes to play the games which was cool. Place was really great! Parking was a little tough being Saturday morning/afternoon, but figured out other spots to park in once we got in. The staff was super nice and friendly. The guy working there (forgot his name‍) let us choose our own playlist. Loved the flexibility of games to make ax throwing more engaging being with first timers. AxGard hosted a Retirement event for me this past Saturday. We had a group of about 15 throwers, and 8 by-standers (including kids). Everyone had an excellent time. Michael and Pete quickly coached us, explained the safety rules, and got out of our way. Amanda was also very friendly. A beer fridge was provided, and the non-throwing members of our party were entertained by the random games available. The room had a customizable playlist on Spotify and plenty of options to keep the Ax throwers happy. Although the paint room was booked, we were allowed to see it in action, and it looked amazing. We will come back and try it along with Ax throwing again. read more

Me and my family try to go to this place for the first time and the address was not coming up on google maps I had to go through the Elliot city page and first the hours of operation was wrong second we called the number multiple times and third we texted the number for guidance and they'd failed to tell us you need a reservation for the paint splatter room as they only have 1 room for it a total waste of time smh because they need a whole hour per reservation just for 30 minutes of play and 30 whole minutes for "cleanup" read more

Today I had the pleasure of going to play Virtually Reality games. As a newbie I was a little nervous but lucky for me Amanda and Mike were there to guide me through. They were so helpful and patient. Once I got the hang of it I was off to play 5 different games in one hour. I got a great workout. They made me feel like I was going to a friends house to play a game. I felt right at home. They have axe throwing with a digital or laser targets that allows you to throw axes in a variety of styles. I'm going to definitely host my Birthday party here. Best experience ever! read more
