The welcoming front desk advised us to find seating in the section behind the elevators, which featured a huge fireplace, a living room-like atmosphere, and huge floor to ceiling windows looking out over the airport. On this side, there was a fridge with some fruit and yogurts, plus a drink counter with sparkling water taps, teas, and coffees. On the other side is the bar, bathrooms, more seating areas but mostly tables and chairs, and the food. So we walked back and forth from each section, but preferred that to being in the busier part. We found 4 comfortable chairs facing each other and ended up at times sitting on the rug in between playing board games. The bathrooms were pristine, and my kids loved the cherry blossom display next to the door. The food was ample, with fixing to make sandwiches with, plus soups, and lots of other items to snack on, plus granola and nut mixes, brownies and cake bites, and a coke machine that had so many options! Plus, the handmade guacamole station- the guacamole was delicious and my kids loved it. I wish there was a takeout box or two so I could have brought my children's leftover sandwiches on the plane with us. Thanks to everyone who made our visit so pleasant!

Our connection from DCA to SYR was delayed and cancelled subsequently we were rebooked on multiple flights which also ended up being cancelled. We spent two days at the lounge and a special shout out to Alex who was so helpful and nice. He was great about keeping everyone posted, rebooked my reservation multiple times, and checked on and helped with getting bags on correct flight. All this while things were chaotic and other travelers were frustrated and tired. He truly was a gem as he remained calm and helpful. Lounge did their best to keep things stocked but by day two they were out of Soda. This truly was a great benefit as help was readily available and we were able to get information we need to make travel choices during this trying time.

As a frequent flyer on American Airlines, I often find myself visiting Admirals Clubs before my…read moreflights at airports with an Admirals Club or a partner lounge. While the clubs used to be spacious with decent food and drink offerings and excellent service, the clubs have become much busier with fewer seats available and average food and drink options. It seems that everyone has access to an Admirals Club nowadays and brings their entire families. With that said, this particular lounge is one of the larger locations I have been in (at the DCA E-gates), and there are many places within the lounge to relax, do work, grab a snack, or anything else. In fact, for such a large lounge, there were surprisingly open seats here and there where I'm used to smaller lounges without any open seats. There is comfortable seating as well as bar seating and table seating. Also over the last year, I've begun to see the efforts made to improve the Admirals Club membership which includes complimentary hot food throughout the day from soups, Mac and Cheese, sandwiches, meatballs, and breakfast items (not all at once though). There are charcuterie offerings, dessert trays, a salad bar, hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and then house drinks. You can pay more for premium drinks and prepared meals. This particular lounge experienced quite a special refresh a few years back, and it looks and feels like no other Admirals Club I have been to. It has more of a premium look with wood accents and soft colors. There is a nice, large fireplace in the middle of one of the lounges, a mother's room for nursing, and an increased selection of hot foods. They had a waffle station sponsored by the AAdvantage Executive credit card where you could select your own toppings as it is prepared the way you want it. One of the two wings features a buffet, bar, and seating ideal for dining and being productive while the other wing features more of a relaxing atmosphere. Access to the lounge is easy to get whether through the Citi Executive World Mastercard with free access for you and up to two guests. You can also pay $175 for up to three authorized users each receiving their own lounge access (with up to two guests). Also, One World alliance flyers with a certain status can access Admirals Clubs. There are also Flagship Lounge and Flagship First Dining locations, which offer much more than just Admirals Clubs. I'm confident that making it easy to get Admirals Club memberships has led to lounges being overcrowded though now that you have to pay for authorized users instead of getting them for free in recent years, that may help. You can also redeem AAdvantage miles for membership or access to the Admirals Club. I look forward to checking this lounge out again and possibly the D gates lounge which is being renovated currently on a future layover at DCA.

Since we travel with our cats, the smaller side rooms away from the main seating area are a huge plus. They give us a quieter, semi-private space with less commotion, which helps keep the cats calm before a flight. The lounge has all the basics you'd want: coffee machines, drip coffee, a cereal station, continental breakfast options, and a hot food station. The food quality is decent for an airport lounge, and the staff does a good job keeping everything stocked and clean even during busy times. There are also plenty of outlets for charging devices, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and the bathrooms are consistently clean. The only downside is that this lounge feels a little dated compared to the newer Admirals Club at the E Gates. Still, the pet-friendly atmosphere and quieter layout keep us coming back.

We were picked up on time, arrived to the airport with time to relax in the Military USO Lounge at Reagan National. When I Switched my cell phone from Airplane mode the Drivers voice was right there confirming that he was Already at the Airport to greet and meet us. The ride home was relaxing and the conversation was enjoyable, he caught us up on the news from my local city while we were away for five days. My grandson accidentally left his favorite stuffed animal in the car and the driver found it before we had the chance to miss it and rung my doorbell to return it to us... We will definately be using Freddy Go2 on our next travel. ~Crystal and Family

I contacted…read morethe company because I needed transportation for a group of 15 from Stafford to the Dulles airport. Representative A appeared to be very customer service oriented and offered to met me at an alternate location so I could examine the vehicle that would be used. I arrived at the location and it was an office building. I tried to contact Representative A with no luck. I then went into the building to see if the company was listed on the directory and to ask if anyone had heard of Freddy Go2. Again, no luck. I tried the customer service number for Freddy Go2 and eventually received a call back from Representative B. She said that Representative A had called in sick that morning but had asked that someone contact me to cancel the appointment. Representative B stated that she would find out what happened and call me back in 15 minutes. I had not heard from Representative B 4 hours later so I called back and was told that she was glad that I called because she had been unable to reach me. Really????? She said that Representative A was really upset that no one had contacted me and that she would be willing to meet me with a vehicle rather than having me come back out. I was to expect a call the following day when she returned to the office. After waiting 3 days and not receiving a call, I called back and spoke to Representative B. She said that Representative A was due back in the office that afternoon for the first time that week and would definitely be giving me a call. That was 4 days ago!!! I'm glad that this happened BEFORE I paid my deposit. Please imagine 15 people with luggage trying to make last minute arrangements at 5:00 am to get to the airport because the shuttle did not show up.
