So make the best of it and eat as many buckets as you can. The bottomless sodas used to be $5 or $6, but now they are up to $7. The process for food ordering has changed. You have to scan a QR code put in your credit card. it automatically locates your seat number and you place your first order via QR code. Once the movie starts then you go back to the old-fashioned way of writing your refills in any new orders on the white piece of paper with a tiny pen in the very dark theater. Staff is always friendly and seats are always clean. Tip: for people who like to watch weekday movies if you go on Tuesdays, it's $7 all day.

We've been to Alamo at other locations, but this one isn't as great…read more For one, I didn't realize there are still movie theaters charging full price for seats that do not recline and are hard-backed and uncomfortable. Yikes! Second, the ordering process could've been smoother. While it was nice we could order concessions to our seats, the lack of QR codes sent to our email, lighting to scan the QR code, and the fact that it was a complete dead zone so we had to join the wifi just to use our phones to order = inconvenient and difficult. It was also challenging to use the paper form and menu when there wasn't sufficient lighting. Other dine-in theaters like CMX provide a light you can turn on for this. Finally, the service for ayce popcorn was very slow. And there weren't free refills on the sodas.

Parents and kids alike were raving about the whole experience, and it made the night feel really special. We're already looking forward to our next excuse to book them again. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, they don't allow re-entry w/o another ticket purchase. We tried ordering food from the restaurants nearby but the staff said we weren't allowed to do that (eventually i had to walk out of the venue to grab the our delivered food and come back lol felt like i was sneaking in drugs but with pizza) but we had purchased a food permit so I wasn't going to let my girl go hungry 2.) Please wear your mask. I saw about 10 people of out 200 people wearing masks including us. This is despite the constant announcements from the owner on the speaker, AND the offer of masks with requests-people are ignoring this requirement. We are still in a pandemic and the sooner this virus goes away, the sooner we go back to our normal lives. 3.) It got real chilly at night so bring your blanket and comfy clothes. 4.) download the fan food app if you plan on eating at the venue 5.) PORTA POTTYS only, bring your hand sanitizer!
