Disclaimer: the restrooms here were far from the cleanest. BUT, the experience was quite THE EXPERIENCE. We came and saw the Little Mermaid and it was great! This was everyone's first time at a 4d theater, so we didn't necessarily know what to expect but it exceeded ALL of what we could imagine. I will definitely be back for select movies that I feel need that experience.

Ludicrous ticket pricing and added fees!! $22 for a standard movie - NEVER!

Price surging $19.49 + $1.89 fees on popular movies like Deadpool is WRONG! AMC, Alamo and LOOK Cinemas are NOT DOING THIS! I really hope people don't pay these ridiculous prices!! Especially during inflation when grocery prices and gas prices are thru the roof! Come on Regal - don't ruin the movies for us!!

Well social distanced reserve recline seating House of Gucci showing after thanksgiving dinner
JC R.

Watched House of Gucci after thanksgiving dinner and we had a pleasant enjoyable experience! Newly updated inside, looks very modern! Recline Seating also updated & new and well-social distanced at more than 6 feet away each rows. I also like the ease with check in, spacious lobby and concession stands. Bathrooms abundant and clean! Absolutely nice improvement all around! OBW, movie House of Gucci was well portrayed and deserves 4 stars! I recommend online purchase of reserve seating and highly efficient check in, hands free and spotless!

At least the lighting is nice

The theater is clean, located in a nice shopping center with plenty of garage parking, and has good options if you want to grab something to eat before your move, but overall, it's an average place to see a movie due mostly to the uncomfortable seats. Pros: The quality of the movie both image and sound are very good for a theater like this. Easy to buy tickets online, reserve your exact seats, and print out upon arrival. Decent options for snacks and refreshments. Staff all seem friendly. Tickets are reasonable priced (in comparison to other theaters). Cons: Seats are horribly uncomfortable. They sort of recline, but it's manual to push them back and if you don't continuously apply pressure to them, they just slide back. Snacks and drink prices are on the higher side. If you can't have the simplest of combos like drink and popcorn, then it's clear you're just gouging. When buying an $8+ soda and $16+ popcorn we were offered to make it a combo by adding a small bag of candy to get a discount. Bag of candy that would cost $1.50 in the real world, cost $6.50 more and then the combo discount is $1 off the entire order. Butter was self serve, which some may like, but if you like yours layered, there is no way to do that as they just hand you a full bucket of popcorn and you can only add butter on top. Overall, not the worst place to catch a movie, but depending on your tastes there are better options in the area.

4DX seat and movie screen

Went and saw twisters in 4DX and it was awesome best theater I've been to for 4DX I will definitely be going again!!

Popcorn was everywhere!! Gross.

The manager Kevin helped us out with adjusting our tickets, when we were delayed & weren't going to…read moremake it to our original showing. It would be very helpful if the company made this possible for guests to complete, online, similar to Draft. The theater is usually clean & well maintained. We've only had a few encounters with mild sticky or greasy spots. Restrooms are hit hard on the weekends, & would benefit from a few more frequent restocking of supplies on those busy days. On average, kept clean. Our main let down has consistently been the food & beverage service. We have tried to page a server for assistance after our food was delivered, on two separate visits, with no response. During one visit, we asked the server if we could order a swirl of both flavors, in an icee. The server confirmed & then charged & ordered two separate drinks. We didn't realize until we were handed both, so we asked the person dropping off the drinks to please bring us an extra cup so we could mix. No one ever came back with the cup they agreed to drop off. We've also repeatedly had an issue when ordering through the online set up. So we've basically given up on ordering anything & just enjoy the comfortable seating to watch a film.

Man, this place sucks. Bit on the 2026 Infinity Club deal during holidays last year (2025) and…read morethought it was a big red flag when they extended the Infinity Club deal for the next year (2027) before 2025 even ended, but alright, whatever. A deal is a deal. My wife and I have tried every conceivable method for ordering food when there and it never fails to get messed up or just not come out at all. 1) Speak to a staff member in the theater, and you basically have to type in your information yourself to get the deal on food else they default to charging you full price. Your other option is to loudly exclaim your personal information as slow as possible so they can type it in themselves. You might get your whole order after that. 2) Try using the QR codes on the theater tables and ordering more than one drink - that 2nd drink will never come out, and when you ask for refund after the movie ends the bartender/manager will try to just make one right there for you and/or act like they have to build a calculator from component parts to refund one thing. 3) Try using the Kiosks just inside the front door. It gives you the option to select when you want your food to come out. We chose 'ASAP' which was right at the start time of the showing, 7pm. We ordered at 625, then went up to the theater which was still being cleaned. Alright, fine, no worries - we grabbed a table on the 2nd floor and just waited for a few minutes. Then we noticed what ended up being our drinks being walked to the theater (while it was still being cleaned). We walked into the theater at 645, and nothing. My wife went out just before the show started to ask what was going on, and what do you know, the small ice water and dr. pepper were in fact brought to the theater 5 minutes after we ordered (again, while the lights were on and staff were cleaning tables). They didn't remake the drinks, they just pushed them towards her so she could deliver them herself. Melted ice with a melted receipt stuck to the lid. And the one drink from the bar was never remade, despite two staff members saying it was on the way. Walked out half way through the movie and asked for a refund. Manager acted like I was asking to use his cell phone or stick my hand in his pocket, but begrudgingly refunded the one measly drink. And it wasn't some wild custom job - it was the SubZero drink that was just a frozen marg with blue caraco. Anecdotally, there was a gentleman sitting next to us who also had to go out and retrieve the drink he ordered which looked like a simple glass of liquor. There were probably less than 10 people in the theater, it wasn't busy. I really wanted to love this place, but that drive to One Loudoun for The Alamo just became worth it again. Oh, and the exit escalator has been broken for at least a year.

If you're thinking of spending a nostalgic night under the stars at this so-called "per vehicle/per…read moreperson" drive-in theater, think again -- unless you enjoy being nickel-and-dimed with a side of fake hospitality. Let me paint the picture: you pull up expecting a flat-rate charge per vehicle or per person, just like any decent drive-in promises. Instead, you're hit with individual charges for yourself, and -- wait for it -- your dog. Yes, my dog. A silent, sleeping-in-the-backseat kind of dog is considered a person at a drive-in movie theater. What's next? A fee for your air freshener? The cherry on top? The woman in the box office greets you with the kind of smile that seems warm until you realize it's the same smile a fox gives a hen. Don't be fooled. Pro tip: Get a receipt. Every time. If you don't, good luck disputing anything later. This place relies on the fact that most people won't argue at the gate. They bank on you wanting to get in, park, and settle in for the movie. But if you look at your charges, you might realize you paid more than double what you expected. In short: I found this place misleads you at the gate, overcharges you at will, and hides behind a "family-friendly" facade. Don't fall for it. Spend your money elsewhere -- preferably somewhere that doesn't consider a leashed, well-behaved dog an extra ticketed guest.

Love this place - it is friendly and safe And a hoot! I hope the new owners are able to freshen up…read morethe restrooms.
