It's a movie theatre. It's clean enough and the lines for things were exceptionally short. Other than that, not much more to say. It's reserved seating so you know exactly where you'll be and not have to scout out for open seats. Signs that indicate the theatre number could stick out so you don't have to wander from room to room to see which one is your number would be nice. read more

I usually love going to this movie theater! I loved the experience but one day I went to go get popcorn from the movie theater. Just popcorn. I asked the guy at the front if I could buy popcorn and then leave but he denied me. The funny part is that I have done this plenty of times before where I go in and buy popcorn and leave. Another funny about this was that there was no other customer insight while I asked him so it's not like it's busy. It's super frustrating because I have done it plenty of times with this movie theater before but who denies someone who wants to buy something (especially a large bucket of popcorn) ... this was just super upsetting and confusing. read more

Had ZERO issue with this theater! I took my 2 little ones to see the recent release of Venom in 4dx yesterday. I was impressed by the speed with which both check-in and concessions operated. The grounds, theaters, and restrooms were pristine and Swift moving. The 4dx theater also operated smoothly. My little ones had a BLAST!!!!! Looking forward to our return. read more

Looking at other ratings, I guess some folks can never be pleased.... This was my second visit to this theater. 1) A cinema with covered parking in Northern Virginia! 2) Clean. 3) Very friendly staff. 4) Awesome seating, pleather seats that rock, recline and are extra wide. 5) Very good sound system 6) Impressive lobby that feels a little like a 1950's movie house. We went in the middle of the day (today a Friday) and everything was neat, clean, looked and sounded great. Well worth the $7.50 to see a movie (we buy tickets for Regal at Costco). This was constructed in 2007-2008 if my memory is correct (or not). I could walk here if I wanted to so the convenience factor is a sweet perk. Location-wise, its in the heart of Brambleton Town Center. They have many screens of all the showings and I've never had an issue with any of the shows being sold out. The line tends to get long so you should order/buy your tickets in advance if you can. I've seen several movies here ranging from Inglorious Bastards to Captain America to Get Out; this theatre hasn't changed much. It's not as fancy as the regal in sterling but it's clean with comfortable chairs and good loud & clear sound. I haven't seen the concessions; I tend to avoid those since they are over-priced and filled with artery-clogging junk that I shouldn't eat. You're better off going to blue ridge grill or the lost rhino pub as the theatre is sandwiched in between both places. read more

Ever since this multiplex opened in Ashburn, VA I've been a fan. I don't stand in line much because of Fandango purchasing power and the fact that you print your tickets before you leave home (so no kiosk to mess with), but every time I have been there the lines seem to move rather swiftly. The facility has a very open and spacious entry, ticketing area and plenty of folks working the concessions. There is even a mobile concessions cart for those blockbusters that fill up 5 theaters at a time - can you saaaaayyyyy Twilight? We try to arrive a little early to get our favorite spot in the very top row, middle.....didn't happen last night. We went to see Blind Side (great movie btw) and got there about 30+ minutes early, there didn't appear to be much of a crowd so we breezed through the ticket taker line. Headed to the concessions, no line there, and then went into our theater. Well not much to say here except - FRONT ROW, you've GOT to be kidding me!!! I haven't sat in the front row since I was freak'n 12!! Ok, reality sets in and we get our seats, did I mention IN THE FRONT ROW???? A couple of Yoga breathing exercises and I'm ready for the show to start. Here's the scoop - the front row isn't ideal by any stretch of the imagination but the experience wasn't all that horrible. As long as I didn't have to try to read text on the ginormous screen I was fine. The movie was wonderful, so that made it less of a problem. Most of all, my neck didn't hurt after, whoo hoo. These theaters are kept very clean, I haven't had but one experience with an interruption in a film I was watching, and its the closest thing to us out in the 20141. (now don't throw Tally Ho in Leesburg at me - its nasty, historic, but not where I want to spend 2 hrs of my time at all). I like the location and there are more and more dining options moving into the shopping center all the time. There is a parking garage which I like because during inclement weather I don't have to trudge through any nastiness to get to the theater. read more

Very nice theater. My wife and I came here to watch Iron Man 3 during opening weekend. Even though we live in the Fairfax area, this one worked with our Costco vouchers (Regal) and had a lot of showtimes for the movie. the theater was clean, the seats had lots of leg room. i liked how there is space for people to walk past you to get to their seats. sometimes at other theaters you have to get up in order for people to get by. since this was opening weekend for a big movie, the lines were long, but the theater was organized in getting people to line up. i really like the shopping area that it is in as well. feels very safe and is a nice place to go when the weather is nice. read more

They finished renovating one half of the theater and it's terrible. It looks like you're walking into a nightmare. They put recliners in but they are kind of weird and the arm rests are almost flush with the seat. I wish they had just left it alone how it was. They don't mask their screens properly so expect to have black bars on the top and bottom of your screen... which is very annoying The bathrooms are usually clean and the staff is generally very nice read more

This is a great theater for 1 very important reason. Nobody comes here. Do you hate that annoying movie theater thing when the theater is filled and people are sniffling, blowing their nose, and making disgusting bodily noises inches from your face? I do. And I didn't have an issue here on opening night of a semi-big movie. Now if you see a terrible Marvel movie, maybe you have that problem, but it seemed like this place was a ghost town compared to my home movie theater at Fairfax Corner. Stadium seating. Comfy Seats and a BONUS, yes i said BONUS, the seats don't recline. That means disgusting slobs won't think they are in their living room and it makes all the difference in how smelly the seats are. The last time I bought something at a concessions stand at a movie theater was probably 25 years ago, but there were some extenuating circumstances and I was forced to. $7.25 for chicken tenders with fries...I was shocked that it wasn't too expensive. BUT then I looked at the price of a small coke. $7. That's where they get you...yes YOU not me. The concession stand lady actually gave me a small cup of water I refilled in the water fountain. My only question for you is "do they have a special day when movies are like $5". I hate paying $12.50 for a movie although it's like $1 more where I live. I think Loudoun Starplex is your best "cheap" bet in trashburn. The theater sells beers in 12 or 22oz where 22oz is only like $1 more so come on bro. Oh, we were in Theater 1 (I think) and the screen was broken and had a noticeable line from top to bottom of the screen. Luckily I only saw it maybe 10 times but it was quite distracting. FIX IT. Anyways, this theater will be solid for the next few years and there is a Lost Rhino next door for a beer (the rest of the food options here sucks...bad pizza...ok thai). This is a very clean and well appointed movie theater. I love the booster seats for the smaller children. They not only sit them higher but the also keep the seats from flipping up on them. The biggest downfall is the price. I know ALL movie theaters are expensive, but even theaters in Hawaii havw cheaper ticket prices, and you won't find much else in Hawaii cheaper than living here! Their BIGGEST downfall is the concession. HOLY COW what a racket. $7 for a "small" soda. Now the cup is not at all small, but still not worth $7. What irked me the most was that they fill their cups 3/4 of the way full of ice. Of course I did not notice this until the movie had started. I went up to the concession afterwards to show them my cup and the girl shrugged and said "that's how we are trained, it is policy to fill them all up 3/4 full". Umm really?! Came here to watch Kubo last Sunday and had an okay experience. I was surprised by how clean and well kept this theater was. The surrounding area is relatively quiet and the water fountain in front of the cinema is a Pokestop...in case that matters for any of you. Probably not. While the IMAX theater itself was well maintained, the chairs aren't the comfiest- and what tarnished my moviegoing experience here was the lack of AC. There was zero air circulation so it was rather stuffy and humid by the end of the movie. I'm not sure if this is something they do regularly here but customers are paying for the experience- keep the AC on! read more

This has been my go to movie theater for a while since it's so close to my movies but man, have times have changed. The theater definitely is not as clean as some of the other ones in the area and seats not as comfortable. Recently they finally caught up to the other cool, hip theaters in the area and started serving beer and wine. My mom and I decided to try it and were shocked when we got basically 2 sips worth of wine for $16??? No option for doubles and really, really light pour. They also make you wear wrist bands like you are at festival. If I want to drink at the movies, this is NOT my choice. read more

This is a pretty nice theater. Big. Clean. Reserved seats (so you know exactly what row and set number you'll be sitting in). Comfy reclining seats, but I felt the seats were narrow and I was rubbing shoulders with the people in the seats on either side of me. They have a nice variety of snacks and beer and wine. First time here, I saw the parking garage but drive passed it just to see what else was in the plaza.. Not much btw. I drove by the theater entrance and found another entrance to the parking garage. Be that's it 930am, it's relatively empty. I parked on the 2nd level which brought me back out to the street after following the signs for theater and shopping. It would be more convenient if there was an entrance directly to the theater but no biggy. I entered the theater and there was one lone self service kiosk so I utilized that as I'd already purchased tickets on Fandango. I have my ticket to the attendant who ripped it but didn't tell me where to go or anything..he only spoke because I spoke to him. I decided to ask the ticket counter if they could hold on to my 2nd ticket as my boyfriend would be arriving later. She said sure and asked his name. So as I proceed to go back through the ticket taker, after I passed him, he ask to look into my backpack, for security purposes. Ok no biggy but keep in mind he did that to no one else and I already walked through once and he didn't ask then. I also saw him ask no else to do this. I found the theater (10) no problem. Upon entering the hall was rather long but once you get to the end of the hall, you see why, the theater is stadium like. The seats are relatively comfortable, they remind me of arcade racing game seats. They DO NOT recline but are equip with cup holders. I'm so disappointed in what my favorite theatre has become. Sure, maybe they served stale popcorn, maybe a hard stale hot dog bun, and never seemed to know how to take online tickets etc. But I still used to love this Brambleton theatre because it was never crowded and the seats were comfy. Well, it's still not crowded... but has been thru a big "upgrade" that has probably made it where I won't return. First the new seats are uncomfortable. This is a deal breaker. They are bright orange seats that spring your head forward. If you want to slightly push the seat back so it's not sticking you straight up, you have to push your feet against the floor and push back and maintain pressure against the back of the chair the whole time or it jolts back up straight and pushes your head forward like a bad airline seat. (Maybe the seats work better for big, heavy, tall people-- maybe those people don't have to press against the ground to get the seat not to be straight up and down; I don't know.) While they were under renovation, they had one theatre open with new reclining seats that were wonderful! I don't know if they removed them and put in the orange ones or what, but I was so disappointed after telling my husband they had the comfy reclining seats to get there and have to sit in the orange straight-up-and-down seats. On top of that, they stopped settling Coke products. :( My guilty pleasure used to be popcorn and a Coke (not Pepsi, I'm afraid!) Lastly, they have very limited availability of snacks and I understand it's been that way due to Covid but I'm surprised they aren't more back to normal. read more

This place is awesome it's one of the 2 4DX theaters in my area. But they are doing a poor job of advertising it. I didn't know til I got supersized by rain and shaking seats. I hadn't gone to see movies for over a year because I could get a close experience at home, but this you can't get at home. I plan to go to every 4DX movie they offer. read more

Okay, so I went back to this theatre to view another movie and it was again a good experience. I really love how they have previews for upcoming movies that are related or share the same genre/producer/actors etc. The only negative point this time was the popcorn was burnt which is unusual for this theatre but it happens I guess. It is unlimited refills though so the second batch was a bit better. But still, it was a pleasant experience. read more

Favorite movie theatre in Loudoun. It's about equidistant to this place and the Cobb from my house, but for some reason, the girlfriend and I just prefer this place. Doesn't hurt that Costco sells discount tickets -- I think its about $16 for 2 tickets.. so maybe that is the reason, come to think of it.... I like the town center it's in... has a clean upscale feel to it without being over the top. plenty of nearby dining choices for dinner and movie (including fro-yo!) It definitely has comfortable stadium seats, good sound, good picture. Not sure what else to ask for. Never have had a hard time finding a spot to park in the garage. Never a huge line to get in (they usually have all the registers staffed when I come in, so the line moves quickly regardless). Only complaint is (and not directly at Regal, because all places do it I think) but damn those surcharges on IMAX and 3D. Last time I went to a movie it was almost $40 for two people just for admission.... that's pretty effing steep! For that price I should get to walk through a popcorn waterfall or go for a ride in a soda fountain lazy river or something on my way in I think. But if you want any of that sweet action, it's going to double your cost at the snack bar. read more

Came to the area and pleased to find the theater on the area. It was large and we suited for the Brambleton area. Did have some issues on only being able to purchase tickets as self checkin and no associates behind the counter. Also surprised that no one took tickets as you went to the theater door at 1pm today so couldn't anyone just walk in to a movie of their choice without paying? The theater had great rocking seats and were comfortable. The screen and sound were great and the temperature well controlled. read more

Holy. cow, this place was HUGE! ok, so maybe i limit my theatre days to the Alamo draft house and the AMC Courthouse because i am an old lady who doesn't like my back seat kicked.....by adults and kids! we went to see Lucy, with my girl Scarlett and i wanted to see it on big screen before it went to DVD in like a week! Our theatre had a back row with comfy seats and a nice big and wide aisle! That row alone prompted the 4 stars! Restrooms were nearby and clean! Snacks, unfortunately, prompted me to turn over my paycheck, really $25 for popcorn and soda. It is hard to pay so much for popcorn and soda when I have the Alamo to compare...and the Alamo delivers and offers free refills. i would definitely go back if I had gift cards and couldnt find my movie elsewhere! read more

I can spit off my deck and hit the theater. OK, no I can't. I'm not some damn super spitter or something. But I can walk here in about four minutes, so I've actually visited this theater on many occasions. It's brand new. It's damn big. It's got stadium seating complete with faux leather and cup holders. It has the latest whiz bang sound system to blow your eardrums - and it even has the captioning system for the deaf so they can read along while watching the movie (yeah, I had no idea this even existed till I saw it here). Of course, you'll have to sell a kidney to cover the cost of a movie, popcorn and drinks. You can go all out and order the super sized soda and popcorn TUB. Free refills for each - although I can't imagine anyone polishing off just one. read more

This is our preferred theatre in Loudoun. Positives are: - Stadium seating provides good viewing and the seats are very comfortable. - Plenty of choices nearby for before of after the show. - Plenty of movie choices. - Parking garage is available so you can always find a spot quickly. - Video and sound are very good. The not so positive: - Popcorn is often burned and chewy, which probably means they pop way too much and let it sit in the pre-packages bags way too long. I've pretty much stopped buying popcorn there which given it's a huge money maker for a theatre they really need to do something about it. It's still our theatre of choice; they just don't make any concession money on our visits. read more

I don't understand how people can eat those giant tubs of popcorn and then go back for a refill. I also find it disturbing that a disproportionate number of those people would be better off opting for a slightly smaller size. Or maybe, you know, get crazy and just be happy with the bucket you got and not leave the movie you paid to see in order to get more. That brings me to my major gripe about this place. Ever since Regal bought Consolidated, the sizes at the concession are simply obnoxious. As someone who is trying to be less fat, when I order a small, I want a small. Instead, I'm forced to pay for a bag that's so large, I could probably use it to smuggle in two hot dogs and a six pack of beer. Yeah, yeah... I said TRYING to be less fat. My general malaise for non-existent portion control and the increasing girth of the American public aside, Fox is everything you'd expect from a modern theater and definitely the best in the area. Aside from the masses of teenagers that usually loiter around this theater, this is definitely the best theater in the area. Forget the dump in Sterling that is Regal Cinemas...seriously, even if you live closer to there, it's worth the drive to go to Brambleton and see your movie in this facility. The place is practically brand new, very clean, well-staffed, and everything is of top notch quality. It's so nice coming to a theater where your feet don't stick to the floors and you have to check your seat before sitting down because you're not sure what the hell is on it. I really enjoy coming here...it's extremely comfortable, even if you're sitting through a movie that is 3 hours long and not so stellar. The surrounding area is perfect as well-- there are shops, restaurants, and bars nearby which help make a perfect night out. I recommend the open-air outdoor seating area at Caliente for a drink or two before your movie. read more

I think it's awesome that they have $6 tickets before noon! In my town, there are all these stipulations and it's only the first showing of the day that's $6. One thing I didn't like is that a staff member kept walking in and it was very distracting for me. But that's also cause I get easily distracted. He kept walking to both sides of the theater. He did this on 2 or 3 separate occasions. If I lived in this area, I would probably watch movies more often since it's more affordable. read more
