I saw a manager named Hannah discipline an employee about cell phone use which really impressed me because I used to work fast food and management is usually lax which usually affects the food quality. Here, it's actually delicious and always fresh with crisp fries. I have never questioned how old something was here. They have never forgotten my sauce either which seems to almost always happen elsewhere.
