After reading these reviews it is no wonder today's event occurred. While not a service related…read morecomplaint, it is still related to this company as the employees do not understand how to act while in and controlling company vehicles. This company does not have a safety team or designated person to speak to. Work vans do not have MDOT numbers and are not easily identifiable when viewing driver / passenger sides to be able to describe to the company. While driving on US-131 SB there was a driver that shot into the left lane with no signal and proceeded to slam on their brakes which impedes the traffic of the zipper merge at the W River Drive exit area. The left lane was still available for use before the merge, but this driver was reckless and thought they should be able to block traffic. Since they had stopped on the highway when the right lane was still moving, they were then passed on the right and attempted to side swipe my vehicle. After passing, they proceeded to shake their hands in the air in a "oh who cares" manner and flipped me off. After driving through the small construction zone I stayed to the side so as to grab the information of this vehicle as I noticed it was a work vehicle, not personal. The white male driver, middle aged, stayed back purposely to avoid "catching up" with me. Then he suddenly shot off and was going about 80 miles an hour into the traffic ahead that was slowing due to merging traffic from US-96. I was able to grab the following information from the van. MI Plate EAF7761 Driver door marked with a 6 No MDOT The office was called where the woman that answered mentioned they would handle this complaint but I'm not so sure that will happen after reading these reviews. It was found while looking up the business this company is within 2 miles of my new home, so I will be noting and mentioning to anyone needing these kinds of repairs and service to contact any other company moving forward.

Based on the recent reviews, you would think this company was wonderful…read more However, what they are doing to my elderly neighbors is nothing short of abuse. About 3 years ago, my neighbors purchased from Sunrise brand new heating & cooling equipment and full installation of ductwork and other necessary work at a cost of $27,000.00. They purchased a service contract which is still valid and it was also under warranty (I am not sure how long). This past April the heat quit working. Sunrise gave excuse after excuse for not coming to their house and they were without heat for several weeks. We lent them a space heater so that they could have heat in at least the room they were in. Then, when it warmed up, their A/C didn't work. In July, Sunrise did finally make a service call. Unfortunately, it only worked for a couple of weeks. Since then, they have been suffering in this sweltering heat. House fans help, but they have been no match for the high heat and humidity that we have been experiencing. They keep calling and Kayla tells them that Curt will come and he hasn't returned any of their calls or come to fix it. It is heartbreaking watching them suffer through this. They feel like they are being put off until the warranty and/or contract expires so they will have to pay more money or that they will never be helped at all. Besides calling repeatedly with no luck, they just don't know what to do. Be wary of buying new equipment from them, as they obviously don't continue to consider some people as customers after they get their big chunk of money.

Our water heater was nearing the end of its life so we began the task of collecting quotes. My husband stopped by their office one afternoon on his way home from work. The receptionist told him that the owner is the one who does the quotes and he's only there in the mornings but said she'd give him our info. and have him call us. That was about a month ago, not a peep. Anyone who has ever had a water heater installed knows that the majority of plumbers charge a flat fee for their labor charge rather than their normal hourly rate, and it's a ridiculously excessive amount for a just a couple hours work, around $1000-1200 on all of the quotes we were given. So after the company pays their technician for the two hours of work, the rest of that $1000-1200 is pure profit in the company's pocket. Apparently B&B has so much work that they can afford to turn down a fast & easy $1000 profit. Good for them, I guess, but maybe then it's time to remove the "aw shucks" story about their humble beginnings, the company's growth and how committed they are still to this day, despite their huge success, to providing potential clients a "superior level of skill, craftsmanship, technical ability and communication". Clearly, that statement is no longer accurate if they don't even have the professionalism or common courtesy to give a quick call just to say that they appreciate the inquiry but are currently so busy they can't help us out at this time. First impressions are critical and because of this experience we will never consider them again for anything. Good old Godwin Plumbing took care of us and in only four days' time from first point of contact to completion of the job.

I have that service scheduled with a provider who I have researched to be the best in the area. I had Service Professor scheduled to come and look at this same issue too. Now with full certainty of what the problem is decided to use another provider. These guys quoted me $20 to come snake my drain. I'm like, wtf are you talking about this is so cheap. I politely asked them to cancel my appointment for tomorrow and scheduled an immediate sewer unplug for $20. Landyn shows up. Nice enough guy. I explain to him that I intend to use someone else to do the descaling of my sewer drain and that I would pay more for the service he is providing today. Went to his truck and called someone. Came back to my house and said that he decided to decline the service. Dawg. I would have paid you $300 to do it. LOL why are you out here charging dirt prices for something? I was completely up front with my intentions. Told you the whole time what I wanted. I have someone coming to do the job for $300. Which is CHEAP. Idk what kind of business model you all have. Something like the show "Tires" on Netflix. Where the oil change is $5 and the only way you make money is by upselling. Meant what I said, the Landyn dude was a nice enough guy. Could brush up on his sales skills. Peace!!
