Nothing. Called our original furnace installer, but never got a call back after repeated attempts. So, called Haisma, and they got someone out in a few hours. Derek was outstanding - professional, patient, thorough. He immediately diagnosed the problem (my own incompetence, frankly), fixed it, installed the Nest quickly and efficiently, then made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also didn't try to just sell us a new A/C system; we will probably need to do so sometime in the next few years, but he was clearly just interested in solving the problem rather than hard-selling us. Outstanding service, will absolutely call them the next time we need this type of work done.

No big box "upsell". no flim flam....just solid work, done efficiently at a fair price. Want more evidence? Look at the testimonials on their website. Can't say enough good about this company.

It was stifling hot in the room. I told him this is our canfield central AC. We went to the kitchen and he said this is the way it should work in the bedroom. I have had them back twice to fix it and it still isn't working. We have a window unit in our bedroom just so we can sleep. My friend said that Greg Canfield would never have allowed that kind of work to be done. He said get them back out here and have them make it right. Unfortunately Greg Canfield is no longer the owner. Buyer beware, find a company who will fix their work until it is right. I would take any help or advice.

Very Professional, Courteous, and listened to what I said, that doesn't happen very often. I thought it was a problem with the venting, he didn't shut me out he said, yes that could be but it might be a clog in your line and he explained. And that is exactly what it was. He worked at it for about 2.5 hours, took up the toilet ran his camera down and found it. Very reasonable and fast, the clog was 27' at the end of the house. Thank You Zach!! I will be having them cover the whole house where they come out Spring / Fall to inspect my HVAC (they check the capacitors in the outside condenser unit wich not very many HVAC Tech check this. I know because I have been an electrician for 50+ years) and they check the water heater and descale if it needs it. Thank You Kellermeier Plumbing for not having one more thing to think about. The removal and replacement process was excellent all around. The unit ran well over the period. There some minor water leaks, but not their issue. They fixed these during the 1 year inspection they provide. All was well it seemed. Then earlier this month (December 2023) they had a deal to come out and inspect the furnace for no charge.
