I had my own lab results and we discussed pricing. They were telling me the lowest price they could give me was if I financed instead of paying it in full. This didnt make sense, I asked if there was an interest rate, they said yes, but couldn't give me any other information. They were supposed to install next day and the next day, they didn't have the parts and I waited 2 weeks. At this point, I told them I was going to shop around for the 2 reasons regarding the weird pricing conversation and the delay. I had another company come out and ended up going back to Aqua Perfection since they had a price match guarantee and I was going on nearly a month of needing this system. They installed and a week later my water softener broke. I called the local company to have this repaired, they told me they sell the same arsenic system for half the price I paid. I have been requesting the paperwork from Aqua Perfection for over a month and they keep giving me the run around sending me to different employees. This issue is still not resolved and the entire situation is very frustrating. Definitely will be moving onto the BBB, Angies List, etc in efforts to resolve this problem.

Even stopped by my house and showed me what to do with the one issue I had. I tried recently to call him to just ask a question and the number is no longer working. ???? Which got me thinking. So I've been trying to call their office number and all I get is a recording and it now says the mailbox is full. What kind of business does not have someone answering their phone when their website shows it's open? I'm afraid I've been duped. Which makes me so upset. The only reason I gave them 1 star, because it does work well. Right now anyway. But, I'm so upset that There appears to be NO customer service. Does that office even exist ??? Our water has always been bad, even with our Culligan water softener, for 14 years. We decided to try a new softener, and new company. Terry from Clear Water Solutions, came out, gave us estimate and we had our new softener and RO system installed, (and he took the old system out) all in 3 days! AND THE WATER IS GREAT!!!! We can actually drink it! It is as good, if not better than bottled water, from the RO system and the water coming out of the regular faucets is fine too! Nice, soft water, no smell, rust... nothing! I have been buying bottled water for 14 years - but NO MORE! He also is VERY reasonable - cheaper than all the places I have checked. Cheaper than the Culligan system I had installed 14 years ago! I wish I would have used Clear Water Solutions to begin with. PS - I should also mention that I live in an area known for very bad water - between Standale and Allendale.
