My wife and I have built two homes in the GR area over the last couple of decades and we used Bayes for both of those for a reason. Their staff are friendly, responsive and professional, providing excellent service. They also utilize certified specialists, which not all water treatment companies do. For our recently built home, we needed a system to deal with some not-very-pleasant well water. We opted for a reverse-osmosis system for the kitchen and it has been spectacular! Unfortunately, our builder did not provide the plumbing necessary to do RO for the lower level bar area, but the Bayes team was able to fit that sink with a very cost-effective charcoal filtration system. We also had the necessary water softener installed. (I should note that Bayes will come to your home and bring in the salt bags and fill the reservoir whenever needed.) Before hooking everything up, the Bayes specialist came out to our home and tested the water at each tap we were going to use filtration at. After the filters were installed, the water was tested again with perfect results. They offered to come out to our house for a minimum charge of $50 to simply look at our system. They then said that they could sell us the pre- and post-filters for $31. When asked for the manufacturers and part numbers for the filters, they refused to give us a direct answer. Well, we bought the filters and saw that we could get the same products for $12 including shipping. I understand that local businesses need to make a profit, but the gentleman on the phone was manipulative when talking with my wife and she was frustrated with their unwillingness to give her answers to our questions. I hope they appreciate the 250% up charge on the product; because they are getting bad word of mouth from our household from now on.

We can actually drink it! It is as good, if not better than bottled water, from the RO system and the water coming out of the regular faucets is fine too! Nice, soft water, no smell, rust... nothing! I have been buying bottled water for 14 years - but NO MORE! He also is VERY reasonable - cheaper than all the places I have checked. Cheaper than the Culligan system I had installed 14 years ago!
