I had a new ac system installed in my house in January along with a new furnace. A friend came…read moreover yesterday and he looked at a repair I need in the back bedroom. It was stifling hot in the room. I told him this is our canfield central AC. We went to the kitchen and he said this is the way it should work in the bedroom. I have had them back twice to fix it and it still isn't working. We have a window unit in our bedroom just so we can sleep. My friend said that Greg Canfield would never have allowed that kind of work to be done. He said get them back out here and have them make it right. Unfortunately Greg Canfield is no longer the owner. Buyer beware, find a company who will fix their work until it is right. I would take any help or advice.

Jon came and fixed the issue professionally. The billing rate can add up quickly and expensively but the job got done properly.

Our recent Ferrer experience was absolutely 5 Star and A+. There are not enough adjectives to heap…read moreupon Anthony and Elijah for their work. Everything that you want we found in Ferrer. Anthony and his co- workers were: personable, communicative, kind, relational, professional, and they worked with you... instead of dumbing you down with condescending "tech talk". Godwin came in for a quote and totally blew it. In our opinion if there was a time when "Godwin's Got it!" that time is long - long gone. We have had several bad experiences with them. The Godwin crew on our jobs were not professional, personable, reliable... the list goes on. In fact we STILL have NOT received a quote for our water heater as they promised, now 2 weeks out...? But Ferrer Plumbing did a fantastic job. Anthony in one quick call, made an appointment to see our situation, he was great. He knew what he was doing, and explained everything in a way that average people can understand. The solution was perfect. Great water heater, at a price that was honest, fair and worth every penny, Anthony and Elijah, treated our home and situation like it was their home, and we will definitely use Ferrer in the future, and we unreservedly recommend them to everyone, especially our friends and family. If you still believe that LOCAL business can deliver the BEST in product, service, installation and follow up... then call Anthony at Ferrer. They represent what is best in business: excellent work ethic, and amazing customer care.

Very Professional, Courteous, and listened to what I said, that doesn't happen very often. I thought it was a problem with the venting, he didn't shut me out he said, yes that could be but it might be a clog in your line and he explained. And that is exactly what it was. He worked at it for about 2.5 hours, took up the toilet ran his camera down and found it. Very reasonable and fast, the clog was 27' at the end of the house. Thank You Zach!! I will be having them cover the whole house where they come out Spring / Fall to inspect my HVAC (they check the capacitors in the outside condenser unit wich not very many HVAC Tech check this. I know because I have been an electrician for 50+ years) and they check the water heater and descale if it needs it. Thank You Kellermeier Plumbing for not having one more thing to think about.
