Only the true owner knows. I didn't expect super-duper clean because of the age. BUT the tech came in cleaned the carpet so well that I had to look closer to see if the stains were really gone and they are! When I move out of this place I will call them again. While we eventually reached a settlement regarding the poor workmanship, the process was frustrating and the initial results were disappointing. The basement in-slab ducts were a disaster and should not have been sealed with this process. They did reimburse for the basement, however, a vent upstairs was not covered creating a mess that we were left to resolve on our own. I asked for assistance and was told no.
