First time customer and I was blown away! Some of the best vegan comfort food I've ever had. The drummies were so impressive! Burger, cheesesteak and Mac n chz were delicious too! Come up to the county and open up a spot please! read more

Crispy Chicken Salad delish. All the salad fixing were fresh and crispy, the chicken was season to a T, yummy. The mac and cheese were very tasty. I loved the BBQ chicken wings, it was on a stick to lead me to believe I was eating the chicken off the bone. The presentation of my meal was great. The restaurant was clean and the service was great. I will return to try out more on the menu. read more

Refocused Vegan - Vegan Mac "N" Cheese, Parmesan Truffle Fries, Impossible Burgers - Vegan Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Refocused has amazing food and I love the inside of their cafe (visited back when we could eat inside restaurants). I had their loaded mac n' cheese and the flavor is phenomenal - seriously tastes like real cheese and meat - and the portion size is big. Refocused is a great choice, whether you're looking specifically for vegan food or just looking for a tasty meal in general. read more

Very good! Eat here, vegans! Everything was delicious and delivered right to the door!

It's overpriced, the staff aren't friendly, and they mess up our order every time we go or order from them, so we've stopped

I was trying to find good vegan food and stumbled up on this place. THIS VEGAN FOOD WAS 100% Delicious, I got the truffle fries and beyond burger with bacon, cheese, mushrooms, fried onions, it was Amazing. I will be back soon. read more

Not a vegan and a picky eater. Went into this with an open mind and came out with a new food option. Clean environment & Respectful to the fact I'm ignorant about vegan food. read more

This is high quality, fast casual vegan food. Highly recommend the mac and cheese and the cheesesteak.

Amazing comfort vegan food. This was worth the $10 Uber from Inner Harbor. All options are fried, but delicious and 100% plant based!!

I LOVE their crispy chicken sandwich!!! The staff is always friendly and I love coming here. It's within walking distance for jury duty and right down the street from my hair salon I love their location and their food! read more

Me and my girl squad drove down from DC on recommendation of friends.... definitely worth the drive, subs fries, Mac n cheese da bomb,.... been vegan for awhile so to be able to order this variety of food was a delight. Best thing is black owned which aligns with my 2022 goal only support black owned business this year. Should open location in DC n PG County. read more

I support this spot 1000% ... When you're in the mood for crunchy, salty, savory but you're plant based you really cannot go wrong with anything on the menu here. First of all, I don't know if their fries are fresh or not but them thangs slap. Also, that cheesesteak! them Thai chili wings! Both delicious as hell. Not to mention the service in here is great and they're always super friendly and of the times I've been ... someone always seems to look out. Hot sauce on them fries and I'd eat that as a meal lol COVID has changed their operations a bit but carry out has been hot and reT mkay. Next, I want to try their shrimp entrees. This spot is a gem, whenever I'm in the area I'm likely to stop so I'll absolutely be back! Shoutout to this black owned business! read more

First time visit today. Due to COVID restrictions, my order was carry out. Pros - prompt response from an employee to take my order and the food was prepared in a relatively quick time. I ordered the vegan shrimp, chicken and a small Mac and cheese. Everything was very tasty and flavorful. Good portions. I would definitely purchase again. The only con and loss of 1 star is that the establishment wasn't very tidy. Presentation is very important, particularly where food is served. I have a higher expectation for vegan places as well. Otherwise, I would 100% recommend this place and I look forward to going back and trying something else from the menu. read more

I waited an hour for my food. Then once I got my food my mom complained to me that the loaded vegan mac & cheese with vegan cheesesteak on top was nasty so I tried it. We both agreed that the mac & cheese tasted like bland noodles. The vegan cheesesteak mixture on top just tasted weird to me, kind of like greasy runny bland veggies. My mom also said her vegan nuggets were too hard for her but I honestly thought they were fine. My mom couldn't eat the food so she decided to go into the restaurant and see if she could change her order. She came back out moments later and told me the guy behind the counter was a jerk about the whole situation. She placed her food on the counter and politely told the guy how she didn't like her food. The guy instantly seemed to take it personal since he cooked it, got an attitude and shoved the food back at her and told her he can't do anything with that. Then he asked her why she ate half the food if she didn't like it. There were six vegan nuggets she split one with me and ate one so there were four left. She barley ate the loaded vegan mac it was just picked over because she also said it had way to many mushy mushrooms in it. She didn't eat half her food. My mom told me the guy said he wasn't giving her a full refund, then he said he would just give her $10. She has yet to see the money returned on her card. I ordered fries we both thought they were ok, so she told the guy that she enjoyed the fries but she said he muttered something smart under his breath and just wouldn't shake his jerky rude attitude. She didn't want anything els, she was still hungry but lost her appetite because the guy was so nasty to her along with the nasty food. It's sad, I'm black and when I saw it was two black guys making the food I felt content I love supporting black owned businesses, especially Vegan! But when black people start disrespecting their own people it hurts my heart, pieces of hope for our community are lost. In any business despite race, the customer never deserves to be treated so poorly. :( :,( My mother nor I will be returning to this restaurant ever again. read more

Tried ordering from this place three times on Postmates. We weren't able to because the restaurant canceled our order. We tried calling them, but the line was always busy. Horrendous customer service. We won't bother going here again. read more

During the stay home orders, I decided to try a new restaurant every week to help small businesses. This is the best vegan food I've ever had! The manager was friendly and patient with us. We had the shrimp sub, Philly cheesesteak sub, bbq wings, fries, and shrimp side. It was all delicious! The BBQ wings taste just like meat. I don't know how they replicated the same flavors of a cheesesteak sub, but I couldn't tell the difference. We will definitely return- wish they had a Baltimore county location! read more

I ordered a shrimp wrap & loaded Mac and cheese that came out to $25 . Kind of expensive and the flavors weren't there for me but I'm also in love with this new vegan place called The Greenhouse Juice Cafe ! They are OPEN during COVID ! Biggest chick'n sandwich ever! And fries were so good. Highly recommend to anyone.

Can't hate on having a vegan fast food style option when you are craving comfort food! This place is a little hard to find and has unusual hours. Cute large bright and clean interior with plenty of seating. Loud music but not offensive. This seems to be a family run business which I love. Even though it looks like a sit-down restaurant it's more like fast food, i.e. order at the counter and get your food wrapped in paper wrappers and in 'to go' containers rather than plates, but they did deliver to the table which was a nice touch. We got the impossible 2.0 burger add peppers and onions (they also have the beyond burger - options!!), the fried chicken sandwich add veg bacon (you can get this Buffalo style which I wish we had noticed before we ordered it plain), and the loaded Mac and cheese (topped with a tasty peppery cheeseteak which appears to be made with seitan, and peppers and onions.) We liked everything but my favorite was the impossible burger, served with lettuce, tomatoes and vegan Mayo on a potato roll. It was delicious! They have other tasty sounding menu items like vegan fried shrimp that I was too chicken to try but maybe next time. Apparently a popular off-menu item is the burger topped with the shrimp. My table had one vegetarian, one vegan, and two meat eaters and everyone left satisfied. read more

Jackpot! This place is wonderful. I was looking for a vegan spot close to me and I found this spot off Eutaw. I love the open concept - it's spacious and serene. The staff is very kind and made the ordering process effortless. The vegan mac and cheese: A WHOLE GAMECHANGER! I've tried many vegan versions (most underwhelming and/or unsavory) and none compare to this one. It was sooooooooooooo good! I got the small size and it was more than I thought it would be. Next time I'm getting a large so I can have some for the next day. But overall, I will be back (probably tomorrow lol) to try the other items. They have smoothies, "cheesesteaks", "burgers", and so much more. I peeked over to the table by me and the food looked phenomenal. Baltimore really needed this! read more

Food and service was amazing.I had the beyond burger and mac and cheese. The place was clean with lots of ligting. I will definitely come back again. read more

I Ordered the sampler, which consisted of, Mac n'cheese, 5 nuggets and 4 fried shrimp, a cheesesteak wrap, a fried shrimp wrap and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything had a great taste. The Mac n cheese, was my Husbands favorite and our son loved the chicken nuggets and fried shrimp. My favorite was the cheesesteak wrap. I will be coming back to try more items. read more

This was my second time ordering from this place the first time was great but this time my order was messed up. I tried to contact them I called the restaurant 10x to be exact until they finally answered. I explained the the person on the phone that my order was wrong and he said they dont do special orders unless you come into the restaurant which I told him isn't true because I made a special order the first time I ordered and it also say it on the Instagram page that I am able to Make a special order. So I was stuck with the nuggets that I personally are not fond of. They should be a bit more organized especially if they're using delivery services to get people their food. The Grub hub experience was great. The food was still warm and on time. Thank you. read more

The customer service at this establishment is terrible. I've never experienced such absurd behavior from a MANAGER. I called in my order 20 minutes upon arriving. When I got there, I requested the food I intended to be receiving. But Instead the manager and cook made a weird gesture towards each other which was followed up by a laugh. Then proceeded to say "hold on, another 20 minutes" If I wanted to wait for my food inside I would've never called in. But the call in advance clearly indicated that I'm in a hurry. He never told me what was the initial issue when I came in. It was until I came back bc of the lack of communication. Is when I received an explanation. He followed up by saying "if you want to be rowdy and reckless then I can't tell you anything" which is funny bc he never tried to explain anything to begin with. Then he insulted me by calling me rowdy for being upset bc of the lack of customer service I received to begin with. I put nearly $100 a week into this establishment just for them to disrespect me and from a black owned business makes it worst. I will never be supporting this establishment and neither should anyone else GRUBFACTORY has better food anyways. read more

My first experience with the Impossible Burger (BK's version) left me not wanting to try it again. I kept reading the great reviews on IG about RV's food & their IB in particular & I decided to give it another go. All I can say is that when I took my first bite of their cook's version of the Impossible Burger masterpiece, I went into a state of euphoria; it was a party in my mouth. After I recovered from my first bite at home, I was agitated that I hadn't bought two of them. I also bought their Mac-n-Cheese...um um um. Oh yeah, my Mom was with me & I offered to buy her something (I didn't intend to share like I normally do), but she declined. However, I'm sure you can guess what happened when we got back to the car, she wanted a taste of my food. Now she can't wait to go back (me too). I wish they were open right now. I would've given 5 stars; I'm gonna need to see if my reason for the -1 is justified. read more
