I am texting and emailing daily, they said to keep waiting. Well I have been waiting now for almost 3 weeks and still no refund. All that to say - something that should have been relaxing and rejuvenating at this very precious time in my life became an avoidable and unnecessary hassle. BUYER BEWARE.
