She has been in this location for about a year and a half, so pretty recently. Since I was a walk-in, the only Masseuse that was available was Hannah and I was hoping it would turn out great. And boy did it! Hannah was incredible!! So sweet and lovely as well! She went into all the deep nooks and crannies of all my pain and best part was that she didn't rush my massage. She really took her time to address all my issues. And I have a lot of areas that need to be addressed because of my surgeries! I will say it was not completely relaxing all the time because I have a lot of trigger points. But walking out, my body felt refreshed and recharged. So if you want someone who will really address all your areas that need extra help, ask for Hannah and you will not be disappointed!

The massage was 60 minutes for $70 which wasn't bad but with the tip it can add up. The facility looks clean including the bathroom and the room we were in was nice and clean but I wish it had more of a scent like other massage places have. I like the smell of lavender when I go inside. The massage itself was a combo that I got including Swedish and Thai. It was a really good balance of stretch and relaxation with tiger balm. The lady was nice and her pressure was just right. Parking is limited to street parking and a few spots in the back.

Her hands were really soft but she had just the right amount of pressure and was firm enough to really follow through with her strokes. It was one of the best massages I've had. I also really appreciated her attention to detail. She noticed that there was no music playing and asked the staff to put some on which made the ambiance so much better. I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you Sparadise!

Not only are the prices great, but I also love that they have you fill out a form with your preferences. I also think I've gotten a different masseuse every time I've came and I haven't had a SINGLE bad massage here! Everyone is great, so know that you're in good hands.

I had my first session with Johana a couple days ago - I went to her because I'm (still) having a…read moreconsistent dull pain through my neck, shoulder and radiating down my arm, making me feel like I have a dead arm; with her ad saying that she does Swedish deep tissue massage and all the great reviews I thought she would be able to help me feel better. Unfortunately, that was not the case - her pressure was so hard it was uncomfortable and not relaxing at all, and at times she didn't use enough oil or lotion and was pulling my skin. Before we started the massage I told her what my issue was but it was not addressed and I had to ask her to work on it before turning me over. I'm almost sorry that I did - the pressure and technique she used was hard and vigorous when it needed to be slow and deep. As a massage therapist myself with over 20 years experience I know there is a difference between deep tissue massage and just being hard - real deep tissue massage needs to slow to be able to work through tissue rather than just vigorously pushing in really hard; I felt like she wasn't reading my body at all and in my experience you can tell if you're paying attention. I was looking forward to a Swedish deep tissue massage that would help me feel better, not a Thai massage - I don't like Thai massage and if that's what I wanted I would've gone to a Thai place and paid less. I ended up leaving feeling beat up (she literally pounded on me a couple of times), not relaxed and still in pain with added pain of feeling bruised by the super hard pressure. My neck/shoulder/arm issue is still bothering me today, along with still feeling bruised. The good part of the session was the amazing stretches she does - Johana is tiny but mighty and puts a lot into her work. I was apprehensive in doing this review because Johana is a professional, sweet lady with great positive energy and is skilled - with her stretches being her strong suit; that's why I gave her 3 stars. I wish I had better things to say and Im bummed because I really like Johana as a person and would love for her to be my consistent massage therapist but unfortunately, it just wasn't the massage for me

Parking is not too tough to find on the streets nearby, and there is a small waiting room with some chairs. DO NOT GO HERE! ( now changed name to Spa Space Story Thai Massage)…read more Imagine feeling achy and sore, only to not only feel completely stressed out during your massage (because you cannot communicate with your therapist at all), but to leave even more stressed out and upset than when you arrived. I called to schedule a massage, and the gentleman asked if I wanted a 60-minute or 90-minute massage. I confirmed that I wanted a 90-minute massage. Once I arrived and went into the room, I tried to explain to the therapist that I needed the headrest adjusted and a pillow placed under my legs. My therapist then had to ask the gentleman at the front to come into the room to adjust the headrest and complete the setup that should've already been done. During the massage, I asked several times for adjustments or for her to focus on specific areas, and she could not understand me. Even at the beginning of the massage, I asked if she could use oil instead of lotion because it was pulling out my skin too much, and when she did not understand me, I had to lift my head up and pick it up out of her basket to show her and ask her to use the oil. I'm sorry, but that should not have happened. Then, once I turned over, we went back and forth for way too long because I simply wanted a pillow under my head. At this point, I was so stressed out and just hoping the massage would get better... It did not. Also, the notes I had written on the intake form before the massage were completely ignored. Not only was this massage stressful, it was a 60-MINUTE massage, not the 90-minute massage I booked!!! When I came to the front and looked at the time on my phone, I asked the girl at the front (different from the guy I initially spoke with) why my massage was cut short. She told me it was only scheduled for 60 minutes. All she did was apologize and say she would only charge me for 60 minutes. She could see how frustrated and upset I was and didn't offer to do anything else other than charge me. I'm so disappointed and normally do not post negative reviews, but this place is TERRIBLE!!! The communication was awful, my requests were ignored, and I didn't even receive the massage I booked!!! Again... DO NOT GO HERE

I'm going to be very direct, because at this point the situation warrants it. I would give negative…read morestars if I could. Since the change in ownership, communication has been nearly nonexistent, and when responses do occur, they are consistently rude, dismissive, and condescending. This does not feel accidental, it feels intentional, as though customers are being pushed away rather than welcomed. What is most concerning is that the business no longer operates in a way that resembles a legitimate, professionally run massage practice. The lack of responsiveness, transparency, and basic customer care has reached a point where it raises serious questions about the purpose of the business at all. As a former loyal client, I now genuinely question whether this establishment is being run as a real massage business, or whether it is serving as a cover for something else entirely. That is not a conclusion I come to lightly, it is based on repeated experiences and a clear pattern of behavior. This place used to be excellent. The current operation has destroyed that trust completely. I am sharing this directly because what is happening now is not normal, not professional, and deeply concerning.

Why is the open sign on but there is consistently misinformation online about when they're open? I think the Better Business Bureau needs to investigate this further.
