I found Kahala on FB through the 9th island connection group and I'm so glad I found her! She was very patient with me, kind and very sweet. When she arrived I showed her the problem areas of the apartment and we did a quick walk through. After she was done the apartment looked probably better than when I had first gotten it. There were a couple of areas where she couldn't get off certain stains and didn't want to ruin the paint so I appreciated her mindfulness of the situation. All in all, a great value! Saved me so much time, energy and sanity! She was just the sweetest and so easy to work with!

I was bombarded with quotes all day and then of course life got busy and I was overwhelmed and told myself I'll just try to find someone next month. Then Maid 4 Las Vegas reached out to follow up on the quote they sent. They were THE ONLY COMPANY out of the dozen to actually follow up with me! And not only that but they were sooooo nice! Totally won me over and I scheduled. I had to cancel and they were totally understanding and flexible. Their cancellation policy is also clear and fair which is nice. Vivian showed up right in the middle of their promised arrival window and she was a total sweetheart. I had to leave for an app and when I returned the floors looked amazing! Also there was so gross chemical smell at all. I really love that she hung my hair dryer on the towel hook next to the vanity. Totally blew my mind because I never thought to hang it there and it's such a good idea LoL. And she also moved my scale to a new spot which is way better than where it was. The little things man!!! We will for sure be using them regularly!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

This company has tricked me into false quotes and did not provide good service. They did not come…read moreover to the house for an estimate check. It was agreed that the house was a "moving out cleaning," and charged us the agreeing price of $325. However, after cleaning they raised the price to $395. I agreed to the price because they stated that they performed very good work to the house and that it was spotless. They promised that the house would be spotless and clean, however, the house is still dirty. The quality of the services are extremely poor. My property management inspected the house and stated that the oven, dishwasher and floors were still dirty. They did not fully clean the house and performed terrible work. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone after my experience with them. If I could rate them a 0, I would.

What impressed me most was that he never rushed through the job. He took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was cleaned properly. The quality of the work was outstanding. Areas that are often overlooked were spotless, and you could tell he genuinely takes pride in what he does. Erick also explained the cleaning process and what he was doing, which gave me confidence that the job was being done thoroughly and correctly. It's hard to find someone who combines reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail, but Erick delivered on all three. I am very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend him and his company to anyone looking for high quality cleaning services.

We ended up hosting a big get-together at her house before we headed out, and let's just say... it looked like a full-on party happened in every room by the next morning. They got the kitchen back to spotless (counters, sticky spots, the whole deal), handled the bathrooms, vacuumed/mopped everything, and somehow made the place feel calm again. Even the little details were taken care of, not just a quick "surface clean." If you're in Vegas and need a reliable crew after a party (or just life), I 100% recommend ClearGlow. I followed up with another call and finally reached someone who scheduled a time to provide an estimate. They arrived late and then left without giving me a price. After reaching out again, I eventually received a quote that was shockingly high--more than double the other estimates I had received. Despite that, I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt based on their reviews. I asked if that price was just for the initial deep clean or for all future cleanings. I was told it was only for the first visit. When I inquired about the cost of regular cleanings going forward, they said they would find out and get back to me--then I never heard from them again. It felt like pulling teeth just trying to give them a fair chance. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect. Fortunately, I found another company with much more reasonable pricing and a stronger sense of professionalism to clean my home.
