My only concern about this company is that during communication with them I was quoted $200-$250 for a deep cleaning on an EMPTY residence. When I asked what the price was based on I was told if the house wasn't that dirty it could be $200. For reference, the house was empty, needed dusting, and standard deep cleaning items (wipe counters, bathrooms, floors, etc.) but was in no way filthy or excessively dirty. I was asked to pay $250 regardless. My point, if choosing between a quote from this company and others on Yelp, consider that this company will charge you the high end of their rate regardless of the condition. read more

This cleaning service came through SAME day for me for an emergency move out clean that I needed done before I turned the keys into my apartment. The cleaning service I booked before was unreliable and Zepeda canceled a morning appointment just to accommodate me. The owner came with two ladies and he also stepped in and cleaned as well. All three of them did a wonderful job for a last minute appointment and even when they were done and I pointed out a couple spots that needed a little more cleaning they all stepped up again and made sure the job was done. Do not recommend this guy. Do not hire them. You will regret it. They don't clean as well as you think. They do the bare minimum- enough for you to think they really cleaned.
