My Lash Tint was a process and my lashes were not cooperating and neither were my tear ducts. I have stick straight lashes and the lift did not take very well. I loved that she acknowledged that first! She immediately suggested that I come in again in a few days and she would repeat the process for free. My brows-that haven't been done in years-looked great! I went in today for second process and she adjusted her routine -took some tape off-and did things a little differently to accommodate my needs and it worked! Highly recommend!

I contacted corporate & left messages & emailed twice to get an update. I was able to get a hold of corporate after 2 weeks of order placement & was told products would ship within the next 2 days. I scheduled the appointment in August. I am a busy executive, and had a meeting come up for my appointment day/time that I couldn't miss. I sent a message asking if I would be able to move my appointment rather than cancel because I didn't want to lose my deposit and I only needed to reschedule. I sent the message at least a week prior to my appointment but received no answer. I then sent another message via her contact us button but once again never received a response. I then sent a message via text. She answered and asked for screenshots which I sent. I never heard back. I've now followed up two more times with zero reply. To be treated this way is unacceptable. I have been a supporter of her business, even referring four clients to her. I love supporting women-owned businesses and believe in referring business; however, I will not be treated poorly by anyone. I'm quite sure her business will go on just fine without me or the 4 people I referred, but she'll never get another nickel of my money. Too many people out here doing this same work for me to put up with this BS. I also put the deposit on my AMEX, so they will make sure I get my money back thank goodness. Never again.

While the shape of my brows is excellent the color is awful and leaves a lot to be desired. The whole point in getting them done was so I would not have to get up and fill them in each day. However she forgot and seemed sincere about missing the appointment. No big deal things happen. However, when I texted her to set another appt I never heard back.
