I was so nervous because my brows grow so crazily and like all women I'm particular about how they look. I came in with a laundry list of what I didn't want and very little of what I wanted, and if you know me I'm very blunt about my likes and dislikes. Natetisha was so patient and helpful in trying to understand what I wanted my brows to look like and she nailed it! She was very thorough in answering all my questions and explaining what she was doing every step of the way. In addition to her professionalism and skill with creating my Ombre'd brows, she was so personable and fun to talk to. It felt like I was chatting with one of my girls. In the blink of an eye 3 hours of brow-shading and talking had passed then she held up a mirror and I let out a very loud "OH MY GOSH I LOVE THEM!" Not saying I doubted her but I was prepared for the worst and was instantly filled with joy at how pretty they looked (I promise I'll share a picture but I look busted and have sunscreen on my face that makes me look ashy). Prior to this, I had never gone to a professional to get my brows done, so I was initially a bit nervous because I didn't want my brows to come out looking too unnatural / thin / arched. Thankfully, they put me at ease, listened to what I wanted, and did the perfect amount of cleaning up and shaping so that my brows still looked natural. I went in for my first Brow Lift and tint and also a brow wax. Rachel's communication was great via text and appointment was on time. He suite is super comfortable with cooling fan and blanket it you need it, along with some relaxing music. My Lash Tint was a process and my lashes were not cooperating and neither were my tear ducts. I have stick straight lashes and the lift did not take very well. I loved that she acknowledged that first! She immediately suggested that I come in again in a few days and she would repeat the process for free. My brows-that haven't been done in years-looked great! Unfortunately, I'm still having to do them each morning. I reached out to Catherine to let her know I was not happy and we set an appointment. However she forgot and seemed sincere about missing the appointment. No big deal things happen. However, when I texted her to set another appt I never heard back. I''m super disappointed, not to mention being out a huge chunk of money. I'm now having to have my brows redone. I will not recommend her to anyone after my experience.
