I had a membership here for quite a while and there were at least three (possibly four) times that…read morethey were not open at their opening time of 8:00 am. The final time was my last straw. It was after 8:30 when I called and the person said "well, we are here now." I then asked what steps I needed to take to cancel my membership. Another employee did call to apologize but this was not the first time this had happened and it's aggravating. I was charged the $99 to cancel on the spot since I opted to not drag it out for 2 months.

The new owner argued stating monies were not drafted because she didn't get the money. Well yes they were just found another one drafted today!! She is not only doing this to me but others.
