My dip nails are a little uneven, maybe ridges or curves could've been better filled. I made some adjustments after I left the salon. I'm sure if we went earlier in the day they might have been more sociable but for now we do not plan on going back.

Since I live an hour away and only visit Granbury on weekends, I didn't want to call and complain. I took a few pictures and came back today--and I'm so glad I did. The gentleman who assisted me apologized profusely and was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make it right, redoing my pedicure and giving me a beautiful polish job.
