I've never been treated so horribly in my life. And I thought we were friends. Unbelievable, still. I had let my nails grow out on purpose and specifically told Kevin to leave my thumbs longer, but he cut them really short. Really short. I said something and clearly that set him off. This, by the way, was after I had picked a specific pink for hands and toes that I did not get and was NOT the color I chose. Did I complain? NO. I wanted to, but I let it slide , as always when service and quality has been less than what I pay for. I've been disappointed in this place for a while. but I'm loyal. This whole thing is disgusting. Then he proceeded to tell me I looked different and looked bad that day. THE NERVE. I was in tears when I leaned in to him and quietly said, "Kevin, this is Nadia. Why are you talking to me like this? I love you. Why are you treating me life this?" He had a hateful look on his face and had a hateful tone when he mumbled I love you too but blah blah blah..English to Vietnamese. I was HORRIFIED. Absolutely could not believe this was happening. I've been a regular, hug tip leaving, OVERLY GENEROUS customer, and friend to them all. I've paid for many customers and sent them a ton of business. A TON. I was horrified. I asked him if he wanted me to leave because he looked angry and I couldn't believe my eyes or my ears. As I quietly walked out after he said he wanted me to leave, I was followed to my car and threatened with police. Unbelievable. As if I would EVER not pay!!!!! I was in SHOCK and in TEARS. I didn't even hear them until I opened my car door. I also had one AirPod in so that didn't help. I hate to write this, but I did not deserve this nor do anything wrong. KEVIN DID. And it's unacceptable behavior towards anyone, much less a regular who's spent THOUSANDS of dollars over the last five years. Never again. Furthermore, they've gotten to where everyone feels life cattle being rushed in and rushed out. Not enjoyable at all anymore. Thank you though, to Johnny and the team at Luxury Nails a few doors down, for hugging me when I walked in SO UPSET and CRYING. I was handled with care and felt so appreciated, it was the complete opposite. They are exceptional. So much so, I took my mother yesterday and she was treated like a 90 year old queen. She agrees. The difference is night and day. Shame on you Tu and Kevin for treating me this way. SHAME. read more

I love this salon! I noticed that the old reviews must be from before the current owners purchased the salon .Tu, the owner for the past year and a half, is amazing. I used to leave Granbury to get my nails done but not anymore. Their pedicure with the hot rock massage and paraffin is so relaxing at an incredible price. It's a little family affair with Tu, her husband, and both kids working together. Walk ins are welcome but I usually get a reservation because they can get really busy! Definitely give this salon a try and be sure and leave a review for the new owners! read more

Tu the owner did my nails and I was Hurd thru like cattle, she is trying to do to many people within a few days I returned for a broke nail and four of my nails were pulling up, I went in to get them fixed and her daughter said she was to booked to fix them, I requested to come the next day and was told she's booked, I ask can I come in and wait per quote "you can but she's already over booked" don't go here if you want your nails to last more than four days, or if you don't want to be treated like you are part of the corral, I don't usually do reviews, I'm a Christian but this was so unfair and left in tears, because I had to go home and just cut them off. $15+tip for literally the worst manicure of my life. Uneven filing, sloppy paint job, and the manicurist couldn't even be bothered with applying the top coat to the entire nail. The nail polish is kept in direct sunlight all day (which will cause the polish to separate and chip much more easily) and the options all look old, cheap, or both. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE KELLY!!! I have been going to her for a couple of years now and will NEVER go to anyone else. She has become like a sister to me and always does the most amazing job on my "nubs".....I am a nail picker and she is always so gentle with my fingers and makes sure i have the perfect set of nails each time I go there....5 star for sure. The way she does my nails you would never know my natural ones are so bad, I normally do the pink and white and am quite particular. My best friend and I had a girl's day out and this was one of the places we went. I got French tips. The ladies I dealt with were really nice, but asked a lot of waaaaaay personal questions that were just inappropriate. The one who worked on me made my nails crooked and kept trying to talk me into making them very short. I like to be able to open car doors still, but I do like them feminine too. She made them too long. Communication problems I guess. My friend got a pedi, and her lady was rude, burned her with some rocks, and didn't even use the scrubby thingies like the other customers were getting. She also had her eyebrows waxed, and the lady took quite a bit too much off. We went back the next day, in hopes of them fixing her feet. It honestly looked like she only got her toes painted. They scrubbed her feet, and acted like even more rude. It was uncomfortable and we will never go back here again. read more

Ordered 15 bottles of Light Pink OPI nail polish for my daughters baby shower. Paid over $150.00. When I picked it up, the bag contained 15 bottles of RED, DARK PURPLE, and other UNWANTED colors. I was going to upscale for about a month but I hated the work they did for me it was overpriced and messy!! I came here hoping it would be better since they have 5 stars, no it NOT a 5 star service, the salon is unorganized! Their tools are unsterilized they don't clean the tubs after every client and they are extremely rude! I felt uncomfortable because they rushed my pedicure and I was the only customer there, and they spoke Vietnamese the whole time I felt like they were talking about me. By the time I got home all my polish was starting to chip! My toes and hands the full set was bumpy and the polish was thick I'll never go there again. read more
