Since I live an hour away and only visit Granbury on weekends, I didn't want to call and complain. I took a few pictures and came back today--and I'm so glad I did. The gentleman who assisted me apologized profusely and was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make it right, redoing my pedicure and giving me a beautiful polish job. Their dedication to customer service truly impressed me. I left feeling valued and well taken care of, and I'll definitely be back again. She had to return the next day so they could fix an issue and then again the following day to fix the issue they created by fixing the first issue. When she asked for a refund Rich refused even after the manager wanted to give her a partial refund for over charging her. So now I'm post this review so it doesn't happen to you. I will continue to post negative reviews until I get $700 worth of negative reviews out of my system. That's alot of money to charge someone for a service and not care if they are happy or not. Granddaughters felt very rushed, unable to take more than 15 seconds to decide their length. My daughter in law seems to have had a nice pedicure and then rushed dips. My dip nails are a little uneven, maybe ridges or curves could've been better filled. I made some adjustments after I left the salon. I'm sure if we went earlier in the day they might have been more sociable but for now we do not plan on going back.

Mainly with the lack of communication from other stylist or owner from client to stylist. The salon was busy when walked in, greeted by stylist at door to the left. She told me to have a seat in the waiting area ( sadly the waiting area is in a room towards the back away /unseen by anyone unless they make a trip back there to get color,ect..) my appt was with stylist that was with another client at the wash bowl with back turned, so she didnt see me come in. No problem. 45 minutes go by while im in the waiting room. A couple of stylist have come through and seen me there. And then the owner comes through and asks if I had an appt. Well of course at 1 pm and its now 1:45. I told her who with and she never returned. 10 mins go by and my stylist comes through and had no idea I was there. Neither the first lady that greeted me and told me where to go NOR did the owner let my stylist know I was there. That was ridiculous!. What was so hard for someone to communicate a client was there waiting? Why is the waiting area not in the front of the salon where theu can be seen ? Please ladies, communication is key and very simple.

I will say that the front staff are always so welcoming and sweet. My issue started AFTER sitting down. I was getting my hands done and a pedicure. I will say the lady who did my toes was super sweet and nice. She did a good job too but the only thing was i wish she went a little more on cleaning under the nails. But overall she was great. Now let's talk about the young woman who did my hands. From the beginning she just looked upset or bored. Some can even say she looked like she didn't want to be there at all. I know her name but I'm not going to blast her because she could be a good nail tech and was having a bad day. Or she could still be a new etc. overall I'm not going to call her out. Anyways, I told her I wanted French tips and wanted the shape squared/oval. She said she could do that. That was the only time she spoke to me. Honestly that doesn't bother me. Because sometimes you don't want to have small talk. Anywho, she finished the shape and I didn't like it. I told Her but she didn't fix it. And I was "trusting the process". Then she started painting the French tips and she asked if I liked it. I said no that's not the way I liked them which I then showed her again. She then got an attitude about it. She "fixed it" but it still wasn't the way I liked. The French tips went across with little to no curve and if you look at the nails it looks a little wonky. Then when she went to cure the nail polish she started getting mad at the AGAIN because my thumb "wasn't cured". Note I was getting both hands and feet down and she had her lamp on my lap and was angled all weird. Well she's like "you need to make sure to put your fingers right ". I'm like You're the one who positioned my hands. Whatever. Overall once she was done she didn't speak to me. Didn't ask if I liked it and walked away. Didn't say goodbye. Then when I was trying to pay for the service, she sat down behind me while I paid and watched me. So I just didn't feel like arguing with her so I paid. Let unhappy and I'll just find a way to fix them at home because they're not what I wanted. The other staff looked friendly though. The place looked clean and welcoming. But in still indecisive if I'll come back. For the price I paid I felt it was so much for no good results.

I had never had the dipped polish applied to my nails and she walked through the process as she was doing it and explained why she was doing it. I am over the moon on how great they turned out.
