Since I live an hour away and only visit Granbury on weekends, I didn't want to call and complain. I took a few pictures and came back today--and I'm so glad I did. The gentleman who assisted me apologized profusely and was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make it right, redoing my pedicure and giving me a beautiful polish job. Their dedication to customer service truly impressed me. I left feeling valued and well taken care of, and I'll definitely be back again. She had to return the next day so they could fix an issue and then again the following day to fix the issue they created by fixing the first issue. When she asked for a refund Rich refused even after the manager wanted to give her a partial refund for over charging her. So now I'm post this review so it doesn't happen to you. I will continue to post negative reviews until I get $700 worth of negative reviews out of my system. That's alot of money to charge someone for a service and not care if they are happy or not. Mainly with the lack of communication from other stylist or owner from client to stylist. The salon was busy when walked in, greeted by stylist at door to the left. She told me to have a seat in the waiting area ( sadly the waiting area is in a room towards the back away /unseen by anyone unless they make a trip back there to get color,ect..) my appt was with stylist that was with another client at the wash bowl with back turned, so she didnt see me come in. No problem. 45 minutes go by while im in the waiting room. A couple of stylist have come through and seen me there. And then the owner comes through and asks if I had an appt. Well of course at 1 pm and its now 1:45. I told her who with and she never returned. 10 mins go by and my stylist comes through and had no idea I was there. Neither the first lady that greeted me and told me where to go NOR did the owner let my stylist know I was there. That was ridiculous!. What was so hard for someone to communicate a client was there waiting? Why is the waiting area not in the front of the salon where theu can be seen ? Please ladies, communication is key and very simple.

I decided to try a new nail salon because I had my friend and toddler with me and the wait was…read moregoing to be too long at my usual place. So going in, I got the gel x service because I love this technique...which I shouldn't have done because initially the receptionist said they didn't offer it but then quickly got told by another employee they do. My nails are chunky and uneven. After asking multiple questions and voicing my concerns, the receptionist didn't have the nicest attitude. I also had to hold a black light flashlight to assist doing my own nails??? Which was very odd to me. Lol The lady who did my nails was so sweet though! If they weren't experienced with the gel x service, they shouldn't have offered. With all of that, they were phenomenal with my toddler and her gel nails are so cute! Maybe they just need more practice with gel x but I still had to pay full price for nails I wasn't satisfied with.
