Went in for a pedicure since I had my little one with- they offered to do my manicure as well even with my daughter being with me. They began my manicure and pedicure at the same time. Manicure definitely was rushed since the beginning she didn't even clean my cuticles correctly. I asked if maybe I should just do my pedicure AGAIN since I was holding my daughter and she said "No, I'm patient" and proceeded. I wish I would have never had it done worst manicure experience ever. My 6 year old niece would do a better job. They charged me 85 for this awful manicure and pedicure. The gentleman with the white coat and glasses asked to pay the amount I told him that was crazy for the manicure quality, he then ignored me continued to charge me then said "Its gel" not even a sorry or let me fix it. I am here from out of town, came in with no appointment. KIM was my stylist. I ordered the Herbal pedicure off the menu (upgrade from the reg/deluxe). Went in for ombré pink white nails. Either the powder or one of the polishes used had red glitter in it. I have random specks of red glitter on my nails. I asked the technician and he said no it's supposed to be like that it's the pink powder. Didn't offer to fix it or give a discount. Also my nails are crooked. I won't be returning. read more

Tried this place again after just getting my nails painted. Paint wasn't even fully on the nails. Looked grown out after 2 days. This time got a pedicure and painted nails. Again looked half way done. The lady rushed through my pedicure so she could sit next to me watching videos on loud. Not worth the money. read more

Love love loved this place. So fancy! Price is kinda on the high end but the treatment you get is so worth it. They took their time with my toes and my husbands toes. They offer you wine or water if you want it. They even make sure that your toes are on point. Loved it. And they have this big water fountain in the middle which is relaxing. read more

Have been coming here since moving to Granbury in March, 2022. Found Vivian to be a good technician. Others were not so great. My wife and I have multiple problems with the work other technicians perform. Some roughness, clips deep enough to bring blood, remaining hangnails and incorrect finishes and switching of color selection for nails. We learned again the meaning of "let the buyer beware " is still important in life. We returned yesterday to get them to fix the issue with my wife's nail polish and to put on the gel finish she had requested, but, they were adamant that it was the product she had requested even though the technician she had requested stated that she had always purchased the gel finish. They don't appear to be so overwhelmed with clientele that they can afford to lose a consistent $200/month customer. Sorry that the good techs will not be getting their 50% tips anymore. read more

Went and got a mani-pedi here today. Very good experience! I had Michael and he did a fabulous job. Everything was soothing, relaxing, and my nails are lovely too. I got the Mandarin- Mango I think it was called... it was a hot stone massage and regular leg/foot massage as well, with a paraffin hand treatment and neck massage. He was friendly the place was clean and despite their being quite busy he did not seem rushed or make me feel like we needed to hurry up at all. I got the French mani-pedi...fabulous. Very nice place. A little expensive, nice ambiance but terrible customer service. Had pedicure and gel manicure. Looked great right after they were done. Unfortunately one day after having the gel set a thumbnail completely lifted. Had to go on trip to west coast and was going to see them when I got back four days later. By that time four more nails had lifted. I saved the gel nail so they could see they come off on one piece and weren't picked off. Girl at front desk saw and said this isn't right, got owner. Owner asks if I picked them off, showed her nails and said absolutely not. She again implied the lifting was normal. Finally, they gave me new girl to 'fix' Nails. She started filing off one that was half on and half off rather than soak it off. Nail started to burn. Then they stated they were only fixing the nails that had fallen off but weren't sure the color was correct. I choose to leave rather than continue the run around. I'll find another place to get my nails done --- some place that stands behind their work. read more

I used to go here often, but I won't be returning. When refilling acrylics, they leave gaps in the back of your nails (to make you return sooner for a refill), it's not the most welcoming atmosphere, and I felt rushed out the door when my nails weren't finished drying. They're also a little pricy for a salon that doesn't use decent quality product. The final straw was when the person at the counter didn't even ask my permission before digging in my wallet for my payment. The only thing positive about this experience was that the paint job wasn't as sloppy as last time. No thanks. read more

Beautiful place, but bad treatment unless you're over 40. Dug too far into my nail bed and made me bleed around the cuticle more than once, when asking for them to be gentle. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went this past Saturday and requested a pedicure and a shellac gel manicure, because I was told that this would last longer and look better than the regular acrylic nails. The woman who assisted did not say a single word to me the entire time except to ask the color I wanted. I had a certain style I wanted on my ring finger and the woman could not get it right, even after showing her a picture as an example. My nails were poorly painted; it's been only 4 days and my nails are already chipping and the mani-pedi was WAY overpriced! A three year old could have done better. The place was also not clean; they cleaned ONE of the pedicure chairs the entire two hours I was there. I will NOT be returning. read more

Just visiting Granbury for the Fourth of July and decided to get mani/pedi with my two daughters. The three of us walked in without an appointment. They already had several customers but had no problem getting us back right away for the pedi. They soaked, massaged our feet and hands while we relaxed in comfortable massage chairs. It was nice, and clean. Even put fireworks on our toes for the July 4th and our nails looked good. Good job! We all three got mani and pedi and we were done within an hour as walk-ins. If you haven't been to Unique Nail Salon then you are missing out. My daughter and I went a couple days after moving into our new home, (We made an appointment which I highly recommend) and from the moment we walked in the salon we were treated EXCELLENT!! I've been to my share of salons in several states and this is by far top two. It is clean, beautifully decorated and so inviting. I walked in and I was immediately bombareded by the receptionist asking question after question he was very rude about everything . He was touching all of my stuff like my phone and fitbit. The nails are poorly done for the price paid a French tip was 30.00 dollars alone Van is very rough and demanding does not ask you to move just jerks your arms .I got an infection under the . Acrylic so obviously not very sanitary I had to go to a different salon to get them redone for a wedding I will defintly not go back and do not reccomed it. read more

I had a bad experience on Sunday 2/21/16. The guy who did my pedicure tricked me into a foot and leg message that I did not want and hurt. I have 3 scabs on my upper lip from my lip waxing - he also went over the same spot twice. Then the lady who did the fill used the dremel on my cuticles so now my hands are sore. I am new here from Fort Worth and I have been hopping from salon to salon to try and find a good one. I absolutely loved this one. I had a very sweet gentleman named Tom who did a marvelous job with the massage. I am 90% going to get a pedicure because of the massage. He also did a great job at recommending the pedicure with the longest massage for that reason. I was nervous about the price ($55) but I can say it was worth every penny. I came here because they are the only ones in town that do eyebrow threading and I was in desperate need. I just moved here from CA and eyebrow threading is a popular thing there and I had a girl who did the most amazing job and unfortunately I can't say the same about Linda at Unique. I walk in and the manager was there and really nice , he gets Linda and she points me to a regular sitting chair, at this point I should have gotten up and left. Linda then starts and is so rough at moving my head around and just rude. Then she starts threading and pulling one hair out at a time, when you thread it should be multiple hairs being ripped out. She doesn't ask what i want so i let her know i just want them cleaned up, she says nothing. She continues threading and instead of a brush or cotton ball she takes her fingers and starts roughly wiping my eyebrows, let me tell you it was disgusting.My eyes start to water and she tries to take my shirt and wipe my eyes, not with a tissue but MY shirt. She was on the second eye and i was so close to telling her to stop because i could just feel that things were not being done right. Anyways I let her finish and I'm just so mad at this point I looked really quick in the mirror and walked out. When I'm in the car I really get a good look at my eyebrows and one is totally shorter than the other and shaped horribly. I will definitely not be going back here, I will drive to Fort Worth to have them done correctly by an Indian shop who specializes in threading! read more
