I showed multiple inspiration photos and explained exactly what I wanted, but my results looked nothing like the photos. My hair ended up orange with harsh streaky lines throughout, and there was even blue left in my money pieces. Overall it looked very uneven and unfinished, especially for the amount of money I paid. I reached out kindly afterward and explained my concerns, and while she did offer to fix it, I had already driven an hour to get there and had a wedding that same week, so making another trip back was not realistic for me. I asked if a refund or even a partial refund could be considered since I was going to have to pay someone else to correct my hair before my wedding. She told me salon policy would not allow refunds, but after speaking directly with the salon owner, I was informed there actually is no salon refund policy and that refund decisions are entirely up to each stylist because they are independent contractors. That honestly made the situation more frustrating because it felt misleading. I do want to say that Rachael was kind throughout the process, but overall I was very disappointed with both the results and how the situation was handled afterward.
