I described what I wanted and even showed the tech a picture (multiple times) to ensure it was understood. My request was specifically long nails and the lady tried to tell me that shorter was better. I "repeatedly" told her NO and showed her the picture again. I noticed she continued filing to be what SHE saw fit, as opposed to what I wanted. When I went to pay, I told the man checking me out that I was extremely disappointed and that they did not fulfill the service I repeatedly requested. He proceeded to continuously argue with me. I asked for atleast half off of the price if he was not going to make their wrong right. He continued to argue. I will never step foot into this business again as their service is dishonest, disrespectful, and highly unethical. The experience has left me truly disappointed, especially with such an important life event this evening and no time to rectify the situation. Im left with short rounded blobs with ridges on them, instead of long slender nails that I repeatedly asked for. No cars in their parking lot explains a lot! It seems that with so much competition in Granbury, they would at least try to service their clients with more respect. And of course, actually provide the service that was requested.

So going in, I got the gel x service because I love this technique...which I shouldn't have done because initially the receptionist said they didn't offer it but then quickly got told by another employee they do. My nails are chunky and uneven. After asking multiple questions and voicing my concerns, the receptionist didn't have the nicest attitude. I also had to hold a black light flashlight to assist doing my own nails??? Which was very odd to me. Lol The lady who did my nails was so sweet though! If they weren't experienced with the gel x service, they shouldn't have offered. With all of that, they were phenomenal with my toddler and her gel nails are so cute! Maybe they just need more practice with gel x but I still had to pay full price for nails I wasn't satisfied with.

This place is ridiculous. Came here under the premise that it had nearly all 5-star reviews only to…read morebe completely thwarted on quality and customer care. First off, the place was dark and messy, no music, and only one person working, so my mom and I had to take separate turns to get manicures. Next, we both got BASIC SHELLAC manicures. And when I say basic, I mean, he barely clipped all my cuticles, and gave me about an 8 second arm massage. Then, he painted our nails with shellac polish. Which truthfully, I probably could've done a better job myself with 10 broken fingers. After he a finished, I was UVing my hands in a machine that was intermittently shorting out during each :60 interval and will probably lead to a structure fire at some point. So now that the polish is dry, you can see all the imperfections, such as having more polish on my skin than I did on my actual nail. And THEN, ON TOP OF THAT, he charged us $25.00 each. When we walked into the place initially There's a sign on the door advertising a FULL SET of acrylic or solar nails with polish for $20.00. So, you're telling me that a basic manicure that a 6 year old could've have executed is more expensive than a full set of fake nails. Give me a break dude.

I just needed a good ol' rubdown which I thought was missing.Next on the list was a pedicure. I was shown into a darkened room where a girl sat on the floor with a small desk lamp on. My chair was a recliner which I thought was odd. (I looked around for the TV clicker). I've had many pedicures, but this was the strangest one yet.
