My intent on visiting the Salon was for self-care and relaxation. However, the lady at the desk who I believe to be the owner, even though she never introduced herself to me, though I patronized their establishment for probably a year or so has been rude to me on multiple occasions. But this evening she listened to me apply lotion through the door and questioned what brand my lotion was and where I purchased it then demanded to see the lotion when I emerged from the room because apparently you are only allowed to use the greatly overpriced lotion purchased at their store. This was extremely invasive and unnecessary. I won't be returning for this kind of treatment ever!
