I had brow lamination done, which was a life saver for my now sparse brows. Thank you menopause! It took a day for my brows to be perfect. They look a little bold at first but that is to be expected. She was very knowledgeable about the treatment and answered my questions and assured me the brows would look great. They do!! I recently tried a down there facial with my Brazilian. Instead of stopping to properly address the injury, they continued the service as if nothing had happened. It was upsetting to see such a lack of care and attention to basic sanitation and client safety. To make matters worse, I watched the technician pour used monomer back into the original bottle after using it during the acrylic application. This is unsanitary and raises serious concerns about hygiene and infection control. Before starting, we specifically asked if the technician could complete the nail design we wanted. She assured us she could, but the final result looked nothing like what we requested. If a design is outside your skill set, it's much more professional to be honest from the beginning than to deliver poor-quality work. The experience was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism, poor sanitation practices, and the quality of the work. I hope the salon takes these concerns seriously and improves its training and hygiene standards so future customers don't have the same experience.
