From high end and high priced to barber shops. Needless to say, I can judge skill very well. Misty cut my hair effortlessly and with great skill and precision. My hair was shoulder length and she MASSIVELY chopped it all off.....my god I cried about it. I do not know what she was thinking about and she claims at the end I made a good choice by cutting it that short, when I didn't even want it that short. It was a horrific experience. She was WAY to involved with everything going on in her surroundings and not the customer. She was too focused on everything else around her (family-conversating on the phone) and not focused on the client. Very unprofessional I will NEVER go back! Neither her son, Robert, or her are visualized that the customer in the chair should be their first priority not everything else around them being first, then the customer last who are just sitting there waiting on them. My 6 yr old son got a haircut too from Robert and he hurt my son so much that my son never wants to go back to them either. WOW it is a wonder she stays in business! I will never recommend them to anyone.
