Neither her son, Robert, or her are visualized that the customer in the chair should be their first priority not everything else around them being first, then the customer last who are just sitting there waiting on them. My 6 yr old son got a haircut too from Robert and he hurt my son so much that my son never wants to go back to them either. WOW it is a wonder she stays in business!
