I do not know what she was thinking about and she claims at the end I made a good choice by cutting it that short, when I didn't even want it that short. It was a horrific experience. She was too focused on everything else around her (family-conversating on the phone) and not focused on the client. Very unprofessional I will NEVER go back! Neither her son, Robert, or her are visualized that the customer in the chair should be their first priority not everything else around them being first, then the customer last who are just sitting there waiting on them. My 6 yr old son got a haircut too from Robert and he hurt my son so much that my son never wants to go back to them either. WOW it is a wonder she stays in business! Unless your wanting a buzz cut go to another shop where they know how to fade. Apparently that's a hard skill to learn and Cleburne can't seem to do it.
