This happened months ago and I tried really hard to let it go but I just can't…read more I made an appointment and was booked with Emmy. Not only did she have me wait 20+ minutes after the scheduled time because she had to do a personal friends hair last minute. (Guess friends are more important than paying customers with appointments). THEN after having me wait she continued to straighten and style HER OWN HAIR while I was watching waiting for her to call me to her chair. She complained about her bad yelp review the whole time. She was very awkward, judgmental, and catty. I asked for a wolf cut with layers. All she did was cut bangs and trimmed my ends flat across. No layering like I asked. Charged me for a full cut. Overall awful experience due to this stylist. Which really let me down I had high hopes for this salon.

She does the prettiest hair color I've ever had. (And I've had a LOT of hair colors!) Also she uses natural products which was important to me when I was pregnant. Finding a hair stylist who will do what you ask (instead of giving you the hair cut they think you need) is pretty much priceless, which is why I won't go anywhere else.
