I wanted to make sure that was normal so I did some googling and found that 1) fillers are never ever recommended under the eye and 2) there are diamond bellafil injectors. I was curious to know if Dr. Daniel Smith was one of those diamond injectors so I googled him and found a mugshot! Based on the story I read, I can't continue to use his services.
