Due to her financial situation and not even wanting to celebrate. The lady working then told her she can only do equal exchange so my sister agreed and went to get other products she could use and brought it to the counter to then be told she had to refund the money first and my sister had to pay for the new products. My sister NEVER received her refund, these people scammed her no remorse while life has already been hard on her 3 days before her birthday. As a sister who lives all the way in florida i feel helpless, i feel distraught to know my sister didn't have the capacity to go in and defend herself because at this point she's just given up. This is evil behavior i don't care how well products can be there is no compassion among these human beings! I take peace in sharing this so people know the truth, and because i know God sees all! God will deal wit people like this that's one thing i know for sure.

They had very convenient booking online with information about all of their stylists. Dee Dee is a master stylist and I snagged her last appointment of the day. My hair was in serious need of professional help! She was so pleasant and kind. She was very thorough and took her time while we decided what we were going to do and even though I brought inspiration pictures, she still explained the cut to me. I am very happy with my result. In fact, her service was excellent. I made an appointment for the Spring to drive back to Waco to see her. The store has a lot of haircare brands. Any hair brand you're thinking of - they carry the line. All of the employees were very friendly, and I am very pleased! Highly, highly recommended. Everyone working there seemed very professional. And they have all different levels of stylists, so depending on what service you need or what your budget is, I feel that they have someone there who can do your hair.
