They had very convenient booking online with information about all of their stylists. Dee Dee is a master stylist and I snagged her last appointment of the day. My hair was in serious need of professional help! She was so pleasant and kind. She was very thorough and took her time while we decided what we were going to do and even though I brought inspiration pictures, she still explained the cut to me. I am very happy with my result. In fact, her service was excellent. I made an appointment for the Spring to drive back to Waco to see her. The store has a lot of haircare brands. Any hair brand you're thinking of - they carry the line. All of the employees were very friendly, and I am very pleased! Highly, highly recommended. Everyone working there seemed very professional. And they have all different levels of stylists, so depending on what service you need or what your budget is, I feel that they have someone there who can do your hair.

I complimented profusely, but she was still offended that I would return and ask for a tweak. It was not her. I was learning about my new hair texture now that I'm in my 50s.

I saw Dr. Rowe last week and it was a far better experience than I expected…read more Dr. Rowe and his assistant Lauren were both very friendly and caring and immediately eased my anxiety over standing in a paper gown in front of two strangers. No other Dermatology clinic, or any other doctor's office I have encountered in my life (39 yrs old) has made such a request, and they sprung it on me at the appointment. When I expressed reservations about signing such a broad agreement, I was asked simply if I'd like to cancel the appointment. I did not, but neither could I sign such an irresponsible (probably AI generated) agreement. Low trust environment, impolite, and a large waste of my time.

Instead of scheduling the rhinoplasty , we tried dermal fillers for my nose also called non surgical rhinoplasty. He wanted to do this approach first to see what exactly it is that I'm looking for. I was extremely happy with the results. I've hated my nose all my life and therefore have avoided taking pictures and was very insecure about it. Instead of doing something permanent he was honest and could've just said "yea let's do it" and take my money and not care what I ended up looking like.
