I was scheduled with Erika and noticed during my fill session my eyes were watering excessively; I am used to Novalash glue because it's what I have always gotten my lashes done with, so I know this is not normal for me. I went to Urgent Care and it turns out I have an eye infection. So, I decide to call and just inform the management in case there is a cleanliness issue that might need to be addressed. The manager completely dismissed my claim and told me, "They've been doing lashes for 10 years and have never had a problem." and also, "In her experience I wouldn't show any signs of infection for at least 3 days." REALLY?! I have NEVER had a problem in the years I've had eyelash extensions before this. I might have even given them another chance if they had just taken responsibility.
