It's been a few days. Since we got our lashes done. Mine are fine but my daughter is having a reaction to something. Just left the dr office thinking it's a stye. They sent me to the lash place to have them removed immediately and put her on an antibiotic. I get here to remove them. They wanted to charge me $40 to remove them. I told her I just paid $95 to get them on a few days ago. Well luckily the supervisor said it is no charge. I have had nothing but bad experiences here. I will be contacting the manager after we leave. The lady at the front desk has never been nice. I don't get customer service anymore. A smile goes a long way people. Ugh!!!! My lash tech only spent an hour and 15 minutes on lashes which was helpful until I noticed the rushed patterns of tiny black glue spots . Came here less than 24 hours ago and over half my lashes have already fallen out and my eyes are so uneven. I've been getting my lashes done for years and have never had an issue. I didn't get them wet or use oil products and I sleep on my back. After looking closely, I realized that very few are actually attached to eyelashes, but my eyelids instead. Also had a very non-thorough upper lip wax and was left with many stray hairs. Eyebrow tint was pretty average, not at all crisp. I was still charged the full $90 after I raised concern that they didn't look any different. They did not even offer to fix it. Waste of money. As stated before I initiated the cancellation before it was delinquent. Now up to three times a month there is an attempt to withdraw the monthly fee. I no longer drive because of my disability. I wasn't delinquent at that time and if the Austin location is honoring my the service I received I should respectfully be able to cancel. Instead of 3 times a month attempting to take a payment. Don't go here. I got a lash extension service and less than 24 hours 75% of my lashes fell out. I didn't wash them or put oil products or water and I even slept with a lash protecting eye mask. I went for a refund and they said that they can't. I also signed up for the membership since Ive been wanting a regular place to go to. I tried to cancel that and they said it would still charge me 70$ for the first month even thought that 70$ isn't going to anything. In the end they did make sure I didn't get charged for the first month since they couldn't give me a refund. 3 days later all my lashes are now gone. I would recommend this place for lash extensions I don't know about the other services though. read more

I had a terrible experience at Amazing Lash Waco. I purchased a Groupon, that was redeemable for one full set and one fill. I had wanted to get a natural set of lashes done for a vacation I was going on. I had never gotten eyelash extensions before and I was very excited but apparently naive. When I got to Amazing Lash, the front desk suggested that I sign up for their membership program and that I would get discounted fills when I come back in. They also mentioned that I could cancel anytime. This sounds like a good idea, but DON'T do it !!!!! Then I sat waiting around for about 30 minutes because my technician was "running late". Upon arrival, she looked like she just rolled out of bed and was very unprofessional. Then I sat there for a little longer than 2 hours and was getting very antsy. When I looked in the mirror it was not what I asked for at all. They were extremely long and extremely sparse. When I got back to my house I tried to comb through it with the spooly they gave me, to see if maybe I just needed to comb them, and chunks started falling out. I went back the next day to get them removed and even the lady that removed them said they weren't glued on correctly and they melted right off when they should have had to soak for at least an hour. I tried to get my money back through Groupon and they were no help. I then went to Amazing Lash to see if they would reimburse me and the best they said they could do was to charge me again for a full set but just at a discounted price. No thanks... I canceled my membership right away and was hoping to not have to deal with this anymore, and just take the loss. And then they said they still had to charge me an additional $60, even after I canceled because that's just how the membership works, and they told me that when I signed up. They never said anything when I signed up! I will never go back here!!!! read more

Customer service: 10/10 all the girls are so nice and very honest. First time getting lashes and after hearing horror stories about lash extension chains, I thought "just go for it" here! The technician was very informative and talked me through the process. SO sweet & patient with all my questions and comments. Second time getting a fill (after about two weeks because I like them looking brand new and a few had fallen out, which is completely normal no matter where you go), there was a new girl there so I was a little nervous but again, super sweet and had great communication skills. 2. Quality: the eyelashes are gorgeous. Both times I've gone, I have had no problems. They have several styles to choose from.. don't be complicated ppl, just choose a style and let the girls do what they've been trained to do! Came in on two occasions: as a first timer and with the Black Friday Promotion. On both occasions, I did not have to sign up for their monthly membership that has to be fulfilled for a year. While the staff is friendly, the experience was inconsistent and not something I would recommend. First: On the first visit, the music was extremely loud and even my eye lash specialist told me that she did not like the playlist. It was uncomfortable to have to listen to throughout my entire session. I had to lay down for over an hour to music no one seemed to enjoy. On the second visit, a different eye lash specialist told me that she did, in fact, have control over the music and can adjust the music's volume to my liking -- this made for a more positive and enjoyable experience. Perhaps this can be an option that all staff can be on the same page? Second: If you do not like year long commitments where each month you are charged every month to maintain your lashes, then this is NOT for you. $79.99 to the business and then don't forget to tip your specialist. Third: between the two options of Natural and Gorgeous - there's an option for all comfort levels. Fourth: fast call back time to make reservations. Personally, I like hybrid volume options and that enters a more expensive tier. Overall, I am not a fan of monthly memberships for beauty upkeep. My $5 dollar eyelash curler makes my lashes look like i have extensions. The expensive service i paid for left me looking like my lashes were gone. 2nd attempt to get what I paid for. I had my lashes done on Tuesday (for free) because they done such a bad job b4 and was giving a free cup n $20 off if I would leave a good review. I need to throw them back their product n coupon. SMH.After 2days my lashes were 80% gone and 100% in 3.I called the office and spoke to the dark hair heavy set girl ( she refused to give me her name)and she suggested that I bring my own glue that I mentioned having if I felt it would be better,so I did. I told her anyone could do it. They were empty so I couldn't understand why I couldn't hav my appt.She asked me to reschedule I said no and that I wanted a refund of my $175.00 because they charged me twice even when I wasn't satisfied with the service on 3 occasions. So after asking to speak to the Manager who was on the phone n she refused she called the police. I waited outside for the police so I could explain how polite and reasonable I was when dealing with her n 2 be able 2 show my lashes and Express why I was upset.becas i was sure she would hav her own story if I left. I left there with the lashes or lack of (pictured below) no refund and a trespassing note from the police not even a reason for WHY she canceled. I asked 4 times. After speaking to the police and they found out who I was. They suggested I take them to small claim court. I will, n not because of the $ but more to make sure this place doesn't cheat other people out their $. They allow people to bring their own glue and lashes. I cancelled my contract towards beginning of year due to the lash tech glued my eye together then proceeded to rip them apart with her fingers. The glue made my eye so red and i told the girl (brittany) that i had this issue and would never be back. Its been at least 4 months and now they are charging me when I told them I am never coming back. It shows my account was terminated but yet they said they are charging me for 3 more months. This is theft and fraud. They also told me that the girl no longer works there that cancelled my contract. The manager is a complete B*&^% will not return phone calls nor do what is right. She just screws people over and does not care. SHE IS JUST MONEY HUNGRY AND DOES NOT DO WHAT IS RIGHT!! I have also reported this business to BBB as well. When I finally did talk to a person they said they were freezing all accounts until they were allowed to reopen. They refused to cancel my account. I have 2 draft payments from March and April of $59.99 plus tax they are refusing to refund. They will only offer credits or to curl you natural lashes in return. HORRIBLE If I could leave 0 stars I would. I used to get Eyelash Extensions frequently & then I took a break. I decided to get my lashes done for an important weekend and saw this studio opened in Waco. YEAH DO NOT GO. The lash artist completely dismissed the idea of "natural & wispy" and went with "thick, dramatic, clumpy & wispy". As soon as she began on my right eye I immediately felt discomfort and burning sensation on my eyelid. When I got home I have a black glue mark on my eyelid, she couldn't wipe it off immediately? Second, she spent 3/4 of the time on my right eye and 1/4 on my left making them extremely disproportionate. Might I add that I got a Classic Set and this took over 2.5 hours, my poor ride was waiting in the car after I said it'd be 1.5 hours (which was how long it took me when I used to get them done back home). Sucks to have money go straight down the toilet, have uncomfortable eyelashes that I want to just remove, and go into my big weekend dissatisfied with what I was really looking forward to. I have been getting my lashes done for almost two years now and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I made an appointment for a mink refill at 4:30 and my lash tech, Desiree was finished with my refill at exactly 5:02. From the many times I have gotten my lashes done, even if it was a refill, refills usually last at LEAST an hour in order for it to be considered a proper refill. I was charged $79.99 for a refill yet came out of my appointment with almost the same exact lashes - it's like I never got them done in the first place. To top it all off, Desiree was not wearing a mask at all nor gloves during my appointment. Considering the fact that Texas has a high amount of COVID-19 cases, as well as the fact that when applying lash extensions, the client and the lash tech are in very close proximity, I would expect that any professional would be following state mandates by doing something as simple as wearing a mask and gloves. Not only was Desiree not wearing a mask, but she also adjusted my mask to where my nose was completely exposed. Overall, I'm surprised that this place is not shut down. It's very obvious that they have no regard to their clients' health and safety. I have never felt more unsafe and uncomfortable when getting my lashes done, and I recommend to anyone reading this review to not go to this place. read more
