I had tried another fancy one in the area and had a terrible experience, so I was apprehensive. I knew ahead of time I was asking for something difficult, going from a fashion color to a more natural one... and on the opposite ends of the color spectrum at that. Cherie was polite and professional during our consultation and assured me she could handle it. And boy did she ever. The particular red I want is something I had a very hard time getting back in my home state. I would ask for copper and get auburn, or even mahogany. Cherie aced it on the first try. It is -perfect-. I have zero complaints. She made awesome product suggestions, kept me updated on what she was doing to my hair as she did it, and overall gave me a fantastic experience. I am happy to report I have definitely found my new home salon here in Texas.

In September 2025, the cost for having my lashes done went from $59 to $75. Pretty extreme if you ask me. I voiced my concerns to the owner. Her response was that they are now offering their own line and have more options for their clients. Nothing whatsoever is different about the lashes I am getting, so why the increase? In addition to increasing my charge - no one bothered to let me know ahead of time. I found out when I was checking out. Seriously bad customer service. Then, less than 4 months later they increased the cost AGAIN. Mariah called me the night before my next appointment to let me know because she knew I was very upset with the last increase and not being informed ahead of time. She's a sweetheart and really cares about her clients. Once again, I spoke with the owner about the increase. She told me that Mariah's level was raised so they were compensating her for that increase. Mariah deserved the promotion!!! However I further questioned the owner and expressed my displeasure with the increases. I informed her (since she didn't know and apparently didn't care), that their pricing had increased 44% in just 4 months. I told her that she was making decisions that would obviously impact customers negatively and had she given that any thought. Again, she didn't appear to care. Now, today I open the receipt for my service yesterday.... They charged me for some hairspray and my lashes and I included the tip. Once again to my surprise, a new fee had been added with no notice. I can't even believe they have the audacity to charge it - a "CONVENIENCE TIP FEE" of approximately 5.5% if you put the tip on your credit card. I immediately called and spoke with Layla asking her what the heck was that fee. She told me that they have a new system for checking out and it automatically charges that fee if you tip on a credit card. She did offer that I could avoid that by tipping in cash. My response - YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!' let me get this straight, your new system charges me in order to pay for the new system? She then asked if I'd like to speak with the owner. I told her no because she continues to charge her customers for anything she chooses without any regard for or any communication to the customers and couldn't care less. I will be submitting this review anywhere and everywhere I can over the next couple of days. It's a shame that she doesn't care that Mariah has now lost another client due to her poor management and business ethics. Done and done

I came in to get a balayage and my hair was completely RUINED! I requested a refund but the owner/manager (Maria) denied the request, did not even care to look at the extensive damage and horrible coloring done to my hair, and kicked me out! Even threated to call the cops! She handled the entire situation very poorly. Do NOT waste your time here! Maygan (hairstylist) did not do the requested balayage and to top it off, got very lazy and had another hairstylist (Brittney) do one side of my head's highlights while she did the other! RED FLAG!? Two completely different techniques done at the same time will make for a terrible outcome! I even requested that it not be done and that just one hairstylist work on my hair but they denied my request and continued to color my hair. It turned out terrible! One side is heavy-handed and poorly done with crease marks from where the hair was folded in the foils while the other side was lightly done and no creases where the hair was placed in long foils and not folded. Not to mention the color came out ORANGE. They denied anything wrong with the hair's style and repeatedly said that this is what a balayage is supposed to look like. Um, NOPE. It's completely ruined. Over $350 spent in this salon and my hair looks like garbage! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! TOO EXPENSIVE! AND POOR TALENT! Go elsewhere! If it were possible to rate lower than no stars, this place would honestly deserve that. The management is irresponsible, manipulative, and cruel. Do NOT go here. ALSO!
