They were pretty busy, but said they could still do a gel pedicure and full set of nails today. I waited about 45 minutes before they seen me. I started off with a lady who was very kind. Then half way through the set I was moved to pedicure with another super kind lady because the woman doing my nails was going back and forth between me and another lady. I didn't get to experience the full pedicure with the nice towel around the legs because it was now closing time...the man who finished up my nails was very clearly upset with me being there by obviously talking about me with the lady who started the nail set. I would smile and he would glare. When doing my nails he acted nice to my face, but still was kind of antsy. At the end of it all, I paid full price plus $25 additional for the designs. In total I paid $115 plus a $20 tip. I'd hope for future clients if they don't have the time, they should turn away clients instead of taking them in, but not giving them everything they paid for and making them feel uncomfortable and/or unwelcome is good business practice. I will not be back.

I will say that the front staff are always so welcoming and sweet. My issue started AFTER sitting down. I was getting my hands done and a pedicure. Because sometimes you don't want to have small talk. Anywho, she finished the shape and I didn't like it. I told Her but she didn't fix it. And I was "trusting the process". Then she started painting the French tips and she asked if I liked it. I said no that's not the way I liked them which I then showed her again. She then got an attitude about it. She "fixed it" but it still wasn't the way I liked. The French tips went across with little to no curve and if you look at the nails it looks a little wonky. Then when she went to cure the nail polish she started getting mad at the AGAIN because my thumb "wasn't cured". Note I was getting both hands and feet down and she had her lamp on my lap and was angled all weird. Well she's like "you need to make sure to put your fingers right ". I'm like You're the one who positioned my hands. Whatever. Overall once she was done she didn't speak to me. Didn't ask if I liked it and walked away. Didn't say goodbye. Then when I was trying to pay for the service, she sat down behind me while I paid and watched me. So I just didn't feel like arguing with her so I paid. Let unhappy and I'll just find a way to fix them at home because they're not what I wanted. The other staff looked friendly though. The place looked clean and welcoming. But in still indecisive if I'll come back. For the price I paid I felt it was so much for no good results.

Granddaughters felt very rushed, unable to take more than 15 seconds to decide their length. My daughter in law seems to have had a nice pedicure and then rushed dips. My dip nails are a little uneven, maybe ridges or curves could've been better filled. I made some adjustments after I left the salon. I'm sure if we went earlier in the day they might have been more sociable but for now we do not plan on going back.
