Long story short: great work, unwelcoming atmosphere…read more As far as the talent and cleanliness I give this place 10/10, but there's a catch...I came in at 5:33 pm. They were pretty busy, but said they could still do a gel pedicure and full set of nails today. I waited about 45 minutes before they seen me. I started off with a lady who was very kind. Then half way through the set I was moved to pedicure with another super kind lady because the woman doing my nails was going back and forth between me and another lady. I didn't get to experience the full pedicure with the nice towel around the legs because it was now closing time...the man who finished up my nails was very clearly upset with me being there by obviously talking about me with the lady who started the nail set. I would smile and he would glare. When doing my nails he acted nice to my face, but still was kind of antsy. At the end of it all, I paid full price plus $25 additional for the designs. In total I paid $115 plus a $20 tip. I'd hope for future clients if they don't have the time, they should turn away clients instead of taking them in, but not giving them everything they paid for and making them feel uncomfortable and/or unwelcome is good business practice. So this stylist is very unprofessional and she did me wrong! watch the videos it explains everything! Also she charged me $30 to "trim" my hair! Which she even admits! She did not cut my hair or thin it! The "lightening" she did are the 2 random stripes on the one side of my head! She made ME feel guilty for not liking my hair! I said "here is the inspiration pic but I want highlights as well!" that's what I think she was trying to do with the 2 random stripes on 1 side of my head (idfk).... she took pictures after she curled my hair (which it looked good curled when it looked blended)... but straight it looked like ! She had an apt set with my 8 yo daughter for today and she cancelled on me yesterday at 4pm in the afternoon when my apt was at 8am! Literally what professional does that? She had all week to cancel if she wanted! She also got her whole salon involved (except her manager Tracy) they completely left her out of the convo even though Sara had her fix my hair(and didn't fully compensate her the amount she told me she was going to) but that's besides the point! This is my experience! She is unprofessional! She will rip you off! She does not apologize because "her work is amazing" as she put it! Anyways save yourself the hassle and go to someone who actually cares if you like your hair and if you don't they will fix what you don't like without throwing a fit like a toddler!
