We stopped in to check them out, wife wanted her hair trimmed but didn't want to spend high end salon prices. We weren't to disappointed. Being a cosmetologist herself, she helped guide her to do decent work. The stylist did ok, she could use some help on how to balance the left and right sides a bit more as she attempted to perform an angled bob, but the angle was missing in the back, it was cut to strain, then the laying to blend it all in was ok on the right side but was terribly lacking on the left side. If we would have paid what customers used to pay my wife to do hair before she retired, we would have definitely said something, but the cuts here are super cheap, so we expect the experience of the stylist to be commiserate with the cost of the service. That being said, we knew there would likely be some touch ups to be made after the fact. The stylist was very friendly and helpful. We did give a rather large tip, as we know the industry well, and tips are far and few between for some reason in this region of the country. She was very appreciative. Will likely go back, because of the cost, tho knowing how this particular individual works, I feel we can help direct her to do the cut as we expect going forward. She needs experience and proper guidance, not sure she is getting that from management. The stylist has a lot of vigor and enthusiasm, and that counts a lot for us.
