Bought a massage for my wife's birthday as a gift. When she went there, the front desk was not…read moreoccupied and a young Asian woman finally came to the front after about a 5 minute wait. She didn't speak a word of english so had no idea what kind of massage (deep tissue) my wife was requesting. She went and got a young Asian man from the back who spoke very broken english. Once she went to the room for her massage, the Asian female masseuse that was taking care of her would massage for about 5 minutes and leave the room for about 5 minutes, over and over. After an hour of this, the young Asian male masseuse came in and finished the additional 30 minutes that my wife had them add to her visit when she checked in. She said it wasn't a good massage at all. Finally, when she checked out, they complained about the meager tip she left as like me, we don't tip well for crappy service. We do however, normally tip generously for good service, whether a massage or a restaurant. I do not recommend this place at all. I wonder if it's even a legitimate massage business as they don't seem to know what they are doing. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I am pretty sure these ladies are not licensed as they did not require a health consent nor did they ask me that if i have any areas to avoid which resulted in her re-injuring a torn rotator cuff. There was no skill in my massage just pouring oil all over me and rubbing it into my skin. They did not know trigger points and The deep tissue was a joke, and she rubbed her elbows down the middle of my spine which really hurt. They did that to my husband as well. I honestly have never wanted a massage to end so badly. At the end of the massage when my husband and I were getting dressed, she walked back in on us and we were fully nude No knock, no warning nothing. Again, I am 100% sure these ladies are not licensed nor did they go to massage therapy school as I was a licensed massage therapist myself. Not to mention, putting hot stones on bare skins is a huge no-no. It is against a massage therapy's creed as it can burn people and causes lawsuits. I never asked for hot stones because I'm heat sensitive and they put tons of hot stones all over me, including hot towels. At one point, the rocks kept falling on the floor and they were picking them back up and putting them back on top of me that is unsanitary. They kept leaving the room to attend to other customers and answering the phone. They were answering the phone while we were in the room getting massages. The whole experience was just terrible.

In case you've never been to a foot reflexology place you keep your clothing on, but wear loose clothing. Your feet are soaked in hot water and you recline in a comfortable Table bed. They proceed to massage your body keeping you covered with a thin blanket. Very thorough and got all the knots out. They're exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend them.
