I booked my appointment online, only to later be told my time was no longer available. When I called, I was instructed to come in before 1:30 because "she" was leaving at 2. I arrived on time--and was completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgment--just a staff that seemed visibly annoyed I was there. I sat in the lobby until nearly 1:55 before being taken back, despite being told there was a strict cutoff. That alone shows how disorganized this place is. Once in the room, there was zero direction. I was left standing while the assistant--not the injector--prepared everything. When I asked what I should do, I got a curt, dismissive response. Multiple staff members came in and out, loudly talking about their personal lives, complaining about men, and completely ignoring me. The environment felt cliquey, immature, and HIGHLY unprofessional--more like a high school social group than a medical office. At one point, I was placed in a situation where it felt like I was being used as a teaching example without my consent. Several girls stood around observing, no one introduced themselves, and nothing was explained to me. It was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. The pricing and communication were just as disorganized as the environment. A staff member came in and said they were going to take "a couple quick pictures" using what appeared to be a phone and a selfie light. Later, I was charged over $50 for this as a "consultation" with absolutely no prior explanation or consent. While I was waiting for them to figure out my pricing, I overheard a staff member on the phone quoting another client for peptides at a shockingly high price. Combined with my own experience of undisclosed charges, it raised serious concerns about transparency and consistency in how they price services. When I asked for a total price before starting (a completely reasonable request), I was met with attitude and resistance and even asked, "What do you want a price for?" I was quoted $360, yet my total came out higher--even after applying Alle rewards. When I questioned it, I was told it included the consultation I was never informed about. To make matters worse, I was also told there would be an additional fee just to run my card. The injector appeared irritated by basic questions and dismissive when I asked about a conservative approach. Nothing about this experience felt professional, organized, or client-focused. NO REGARD for my comfort. By the end, I was so uncomfortable I told them to just charge whatever so I could leave. No client should ever feel that way. Between the lack of organization, poor communication, undisclosed fees, dismissive behavior, and an environment that felt more focused on internal chatter than patient care, this place operates in a way that is deeply concerning. I will absolutely never return--and I strongly recommend others proceed with caution and ask very detailed questions upfront.

She didn't introduce herself or tell me her level of training: nurse or MA? Then provider saw me without looking at my medical history or medication list, which is extensive, then looked at my skin and made a diagnosis and determined a treatment plan without regard to asking me to explain what all I have tried in the past. Again, I didn't feel heard or like my opinion mattered from another doctor because of stigmatization against my mental illness. Please do not go see this provider's office. They give out medication without regard to what possible interaction between them there could happen. Received phone call from office manager explaining how it is possible for providers to pull information from previously seen providers and previously used pharmacy. I didn't know this to be a possibility. I do wish he would have verified the information he had seen on those records with me. Just because I have a prescription doesn't mean I take that medicine.

My acne was so bad it was causing me castings and eventually even hurt my self esteem to the point of depression. When I went to see him he explained it was not a topical issue and gave me full details on his recommended treatment plan and answered all the questions I had. I saw a drastic change in the overall health of my skin within the first 6 months. Did I mention his front desk staff is amazing?
