I submitted an online service request after 5pm Wed and was immediately transfered to a phone call with a live dispatcher without any hold time. Dispatcher demonstrated empathy & an appropriate sense of urgency, and I received initial contact from plumber Zadrien within minutes of getting off the phone with dispatch. He was on-site in less than an hour, came up with a game plan, and personally connected with water damage specialists, who were in turn immediately responsive and on-site within another hour. All of this after hours and with a level personal care and compassion I wouldn't expect from a big company. I truly felt valued as a customer. My plumbing repair was complete and new water heater replacement in place by Friday night - delayed only by waiting on the water damage contractor and my homeowners insurance. Zadrien returned promptly Saturday morning to check on everything and was the consummate professional throughout - available directly by phone & text, quickly responsive late into the evenings, and speedy efficient on-site work. Give this man a raise! Thanks Beacon, for a great experience.

The plumber told everything by phone and never sent an actual estimate as I requested, despite my asking for him to send me a full estimate. As this wasn't an emergency, the dispslatcher said it would be today or tomorrow before a plumber would be sent. He was sent today. Sean called and arrived early afternoon and looked at the repair. He presented us three options and solid estimates. We chose the middle one and then decided to also ask about a toilet replacement. Again, Sean presented us options and we agreed to one He gave us. As he didn't have the toilet on his repair truck, Bee's dispatched an employee with a new toilet. Sean was very professional in his work, answering questions as he proceeded with the work. He mentioned a couple of things that needed replacing due to their aging. We agreed to have them replaced. When Sean presented the invoice, it was exactly as he stated. At no time did he try to "upsell" items were didn't need, unlike other plumbing firms in this area that are heavy TV advertisers. I would recommend Bee's Plumbing to anyone that ask! Thank you, Sean! And, thanks to your employer for all they have taught you, in not only the aspects of plumbing but also in customer service!

They repeatedly said this is only an attempt to repair. While they did say I that I didn't have to choose any options, they stood there creating a pressure situation. I picked the tub sealing option since it seemed most straight forward, again with no guarantee of fixing the leak. I asked why a tub caulking would be ~$900, and the technician began to oversell the difficulty of the job and the "high quality" sealant they would use. I approved the quote with that belief, only to see they did the job in 40 minutes and used a caulk that I could have bought in Lowes for $5. I've asked their management for a review and have been stonewalled. I had higher expectations for Bee's Plumbing given the reviews and referrals but left very disappointed. I've attached the caulk, tub caulking and contract from Bee's to show what happened. Would you pay $900 for this?

They gave me a great bid so I accepted and put down a deposit. 2 weeks later on the day the plumber was suppose to install he calls and said he forgot to order the parts. I said okay no worries let's reschedule. Another 2 weeks pass by and the day of the appointment two new plumbers showed up that had no idea of the scope of the work nor did they have the parts for install. At this point I was frustrated as I paid a deposit and took time off work. They said the plumber who gave me the bid will come tomorrow. Well here comes tomorrow and nobody shows up. We do not wear shoes in our home, so I especially appreciated his thoughtfulness and respect for our property. Throughout the job, Zach was thorough, focused, and clearly took pride in doing the work properly. When he finished, he made certain that doors were closed and lights were turned off, small details that say a lot about someone's professionalism. The real surprise came when he showed me the contents of the vacuum bag. I couldn't believe the amount of dirt, hair, leaves, and assorted debris that had accumulated in the ducts, including remnants apparently left behind from remodeling done many years ago. Seeing what was actually removed certainly confirmed the value of having the ducts professionally cleaned. Zach is a keeper! His professionalism, thoroughness, and respect for our home are a very positive reflection of the quality of service we've come to expect from BelRed. Five stars!
